What has that got to do with anything u can't resell them, they don't work! No signage on building saying exchange only. I have been getting my gas and propane here for many years I fill up at least once a week. I swap my propane here when needed.i recently swapped out a propane tank and the new one leaked so I tried to exchange it because the tank is bad. The manager said if you don't have a receipt it could not be exchanged. The tank has their sticker on it and she said she still won't do it have a nice day.I will not be getting my gas or anything else from here. Manager is rude. read more

Today, this girl make such a problem. I've been coming here for awhile and I asked to use the air. The girl was helping a customer and asked me to wait. I went back to the air gauge and waited. 15 minutes. FIFTEEN minutes. So, I went back to ask her again and she asked me to wait again. At this point, I realize she is just being rude and stubborn. Must be a racial thing because I have never seen her. And I've been here many times. This new girl is not nice. It literally takes 2 seconds to push the button. I like this chevron because they give an additional 10 cents off if you use your chevron credit card or cash. In addition, you can use your Von's reward club for extra discount- what a plus. Stopped to get gas at 11pm. I only had $100 bill on me and I wanted to get gas here since I've always get chevron gas, it's close to home and they advertise lower price if you pay cash. Walked inside, the rude cashier (Patricia) basically said no change, can't help you, don't know what to tell you. I told her that I would pay with card but I would like the price of the cash since it's not my fault she didn't have change. She just kept saying can't help you, can't help you, go call the boss. I asked her for the store info, she just told me to go ahead and google it and that i just need to come back in the morning if I want to talk to someone. Heard the "can't help you, don't know what to tell you and go ahead and google to store info" about 10 times. I just went across the street to shell/7-eleven where the cashier was nice and friendly plus I was able to grab snacks and cold drink to go with my gas which I paid with cash (yes they had change). Went by Chevron today Sunday at 2pm and to my surprise the guy inside would not open the doors saying had to pay for gas thru metal drawer I said I want to get some drinks and he said he wasn't going to open the door. REMARKABLE MANAGEMENT!!! I gave this Chevron the highest rating because the manager Basil of this business listens and made great efforts to resolve the rotten and abusive services that I received from two nasty sr. employees: one tall male and one older female who are abusive to customers of different nationalities than their middle-eastern culture. They should not have any jobs interacting with customers of multi races. When the subordinates violate ethic rules, which could be stopped by the manager, that considered good management. I spent lots of money on weekly basis and am satisfied and would recommend this Chevron as long as the manager values our business! read more

I went to this Chevron on Sunday (4/24/16), in between 11am and 12:30pm. I gave the cashier (Wassim) an extra $20 for gas -- which he mysteriously did not recall. He said if I wanted to get it back, then I should come back at the end of his shift (at 4pm), and if his register ended up being over, he would give me my $20. Well, I came back at the end of his shift, and kindly asked him about it. He said that his register was over, however, I still have to talk to the manager about it to review the cameras. So, he asked for my contact information, and said that he will pass the message on and the manager will contact me the following day. Conversely, I asked for the manger's contact information... Well, I'm still waiting to be contacted. And when I call the number provided, nobody answers. This franchise must not know the meaning of customer service. They forfeited their integrity and the company's goodwill for a measly $20. What a shame. read more
