Poor customer service. The clerk locked the doors to take care of outdoor trash which isn't the customer's problem. Clerk refused to assist customers who is reminded that customers come first which is a rule in business. The clerk showed no empathy and ignored customers need for service. Welcome to 2025 where employees who insist $25/hour wage for poor service! Never come back! read more

I'm glad to have a Chevron that is in our neighborhood. Quality fuel, clean facilities and large parking area to access pumps. Prices are a bit high, but if you use the Chevron App, you get a 35 cents a gallon discount. This is my go to gas station. read more

Purchased gas and wasn't allowed to use restroom facilities. Told it was out of service. So where does the employee use the restroom? read more

S Diamond Bar Blvd Extra Mile - Gas Stations Near Me - Diamond Bar, California

I usually fill up my tank here before hopping on the 60 freeway for my trips out to Las Vegas. Not only is it conveniently located right next to the freeway, but they're among the gas stations with the cheapest gas in the Diamond Bar area. You'll need to fill up at Costco or Arco for something cheaper. read more

DONT BUT FROM HERE.. Horrrible service. Son bought earbuds from there while I bought gas. Earbuds didn't work. They refused to give the money back citing Covid. What has that got to do with anything u can't resell them, they don't work! No signage on building saying exchange only. Lady tried to get 2 managers on the phone and they both hung up the phone when trying to call. Don't buy a thing from here. They were $8, but it's the principle. THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!! read more

I have been getting my gas and propane here for many years I fill up at least once a week. I swap my propane here when needed.i recently swapped out a propane tank and the new one leaked so I tried to exchange it because the tank is bad. The manager said if you don't have a receipt it could not be exchanged. The tank has their sticker on it and she said she still won't do it have a nice day.I will not be getting my gas or anything else from here. Manager is rude. read more

Today, this girl make such a problem. I've been coming here for awhile and I asked to use the air. The girl was helping a customer and asked me to wait. I went back to the air gauge and waited. 15 minutes. FIFTEEN minutes. So, I went back to ask her again and she asked me to wait again. At this point, I realize she is just being rude and stubborn. Must be a racial thing because I have never seen her. And I've been here many times. This new girl is not nice. It literally takes 2 seconds to push the button. Owner : please check on your new hires. It's 7pm on Tuesday. I've never checked in before because I've never needed to. Every other person working has never given me a problem before. To clarify, she asked me to wait. I did. 15 minutes. I kindly asked her again and she asked me to wait again.. I Will never return to this place for any reason. Ever read more

I didn't go inside so I can't comment on the service. The pumps are easy to get to and the station is easy to get in and out of.

They must have new ownership or something, as they have one of the cheaper gas stations in the area (with credit, ofc). Easily accessible, you can get in and out 4 or 5 different ways. read more

I like this chevron because they give an additional 10 cents off if you use your chevron credit card or cash. In addition, you can use your Von's reward club for extra discount- what a plus. The reason for the 4 stars is because a few months ago, my credit card number was stolen from this station , so be careful. read more

Horrible customer service, over priced gas. I will never go there and fuel up my car again.

Stopped to get gas at 11pm. I only had $100 bill on me and I wanted to get gas here since I've always get chevron gas, it's close to home and they advertise lower price if you pay cash. Walked inside, the rude cashier (Patricia) basically said no change, can't help you, don't know what to tell you. I told her that I would pay with card but I would like the price of the cash since it's not my fault she didn't have change. She just kept saying can't help you, can't help you, go call the boss. I asked her for the store info, she just told me to go ahead and google it and that i just need to come back in the morning if I want to talk to someone. Heard the "can't help you, don't know what to tell you and go ahead and google to store info" about 10 times. I just went across the street to shell/7-eleven where the cashier was nice and friendly plus I was able to grab snacks and cold drink to go with my gas which I paid with cash (yes they had change). Bye H&S Chevron, My family and I will not be giving you any business any longer. read more

I miss the cheerful female clerk who used to work here. The clerk on duty now is pleasant and kind. Cash gas prices up right now. $2.95.

This place is very spacious. It's really easy to put gas because of the bigger space. Price is very reasonable. They have many snacks selections too. Staff are very helpful. read more

I went to this Chevron on Sunday (4/24/16), in between 11am and 12:30pm. I gave the cashier (Wassim) an extra $20 for gas -- which he mysteriously did not recall. He said if I wanted to get it back, then I should come back at the end of his shift (at 4pm), and if his register ended up being over, he would give me my $20. Well, I came back at the end of his shift, and kindly asked him about it. He said that his register was over, however, I still have to talk to the manager about it to review the cameras. So, he asked for my contact information, and said that he will pass the message on and the manager will contact me the following day. Conversely, I asked for the manger's contact information... Well, I'm still waiting to be contacted. And when I call the number provided, nobody answers. This franchise must not know the meaning of customer service. They forfeited their integrity and the company's goodwill for a measly $20. What a shame. read more

REMARKABLE MANAGEMENT!!! I gave this Chevron the highest rating because the manager Basil of this business listens and made great efforts to resolve the rotten and abusive services that I received from two nasty sr. employees: one tall male and one older female who are abusive to customers of different nationalities than their middle-eastern culture. They should not have any jobs interacting with customers of multi races. When the subordinates violate ethic rules, which could be stopped by the manager, that considered good management. I spent lots of money on weekly basis and am satisfied and would recommend this Chevron as long as the manager values our business! read more
