Avoid going to this gas station at all cost! I went into their car wash today and came out with a nail fastener in my left tire. I called them to tell them about it and they will not take responsibility for their car wash. The car wash has debris everywhere and they still don't want to admit fault. Now I am stuck with having to buy a new tire because they are unwilling to do the right thing and pay for damages they caused. Oh and the car wash sucked! My truck is still dirty. "Air/Water is not Free". False! I put some quarters in it and still didn't work until I went inside the store and asked for help. The guy just say "I can only turn it on for you and that's about it and it's free" while shrugging. It's not really free when I paid for it duh! Two stars because of the misleading sign but one extra star for the clean rest room with the cinnamon air freshener. Exited the 57 fwy off Temple ave. and consulted with my gas buddy mobile ap which said Chevron had a cheaper price that 76 or Shell. The price advertised was $2.75 but I drove by 76 and Shell to check their prices and they were listed at $2.79. Came back to Chevron, used their restroom real quick and paid $10 on number 4. Went to the pump and saw the regular techron price was $2.95! Looked at the sign again and they advertised their "with car wash" rate instead of the regular cash rate. There was another sign behind the main sign that had the side-by-side rates of regular vs. with car wash and that showed $2.95. Next time I'm going straight to 76 across the street. read more

The last thing you wanna do after a long day is get gas so I wasn't looking forward to this. We stopped in before hitting the freeway and I was surprised to find the pumps were clean and well kept. The biggest turnoffs to a gas station are dirty pumps, overflowing trash cans, black windshield water, and deteriorating squeegees. Not here. They were all very clean, especially the trash cans and the pavement. I really don't like standing in black sludge and this Chevron didn't have that. It was very clean. Nice job! read more

ANOTHER time i've been here displeased. 1st time i was angry it was because i experienced fraud at the machine pump (but maybe that wasn't their fault. Maybe criminals just got into the machine) BUT that time i was overcharged $140!! I settled it with Bank of America though. The cashier even said it wasn't him that charged me but whatever. That was months ago and it was settled. THIS TIME Store was closed but I just wanted to ask a question! I never used the plastic gallon of gas tank thing before. But i ran out of gas in so my friend drove me to Chevron so i can fill up the gallon gas tank thing. And i mean i guesss i could've just googled but okkk the guy wouldn't even talk to me. I stopped by because my two front tires were a little low on air. I parked in front of the air pump and saw that one of the pumps had an "Out of Service" sign on it. The left one did not have it and looked fine so I thought I'd come in and ask if someone could turn the air on for me(always ask for them to turn the air pump on for you for free, it's a law to provide free air to motor vehicles in CA). I came inside the shop and asked if he could please turn on the air for me. The guy who was currently working at the time(9:30am, Nov. 14th, 2016), looked at me like I was an idiot and replied with, "Can you read? There's a sign right on it that says out of service..." I opened the door and left after that. Like I said, there were two air pumps on the machine and only one of them was taped over with an out of service sign- the other one looked fine. I just though I'd give it a shot and ask but wow this guy needs to treat people with some respect. I always use Chevron gas but do yourself a favor and go to the Shell across the street. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHEVRON STATION!!! I used to go to this Chevron Station all the time, but because of the graveyard/early morning clerk named RADI, I won't EVER be returning!! He has got to be the rudest gas station clerk I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with... and I've dealt with my fair share... The first encounter I thought he was having a bad morning or at the end of his shift so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. WRONG!! The next time dealing with him I left even more upset than the first time! He takes his sweet time getting his entitled ass up and out of his chair as if your a nuisance and condescends at every chance he gets! I swiped my card and he claimed it was declined, but when I asked if he ran it as a credit card instead of a debit, he replied sharply "Well, you didn't say anything bro!". Really?!?? YOUR dumb ass DIDN'T ASK!! He then proceeds to take his time (while yawning every chance he gets) to get your receipt and whatever else he forgets to do (which is the procedure to everything). After wasting my time, he rudely says "Yeah, thanks." And immediately sits back down! The next experience was more of the same. He refused to unwrap a factory batch plastic wrapping claiming "It's a bundle pack! I'm not gonna break it for you!" when every other gas station has broken that same exact wrapper, you idiot! He then fumbles to put the pack back into the stand and when I replied to his original question of how many packs I wanted he stops, turns and scoffs "Relax bro! I'm trying to put this pack back now!!" ARE YOU SERIOUSLY FOR REAL?!?? You need to either get a new job or a new personality, Radi! You're not gonna go very far in life with that attitude of yours!! I honestly hate this gas station. The employees are rude, the nozzle doesn't sit right so I have to stand there and hold it, the automated system asks five questions about a car wash, receipt, etc. before I can even pump gas. If I wanted a car wash I'd go get a car wash !! I want to pump gas and go. I don't want to go inside to get a receipt. Why can't your system just print it out like ever other gas station? I don't want to walk in to have the guy awkwardly stare and hit on me when I just need a receipt!! Lastly, the system just shut off while I was pumping gas. That's the second time that has happened. Went to use the vacuum at this gas station. Put 4 quarters in but it didn't turn on. Went inside to tell the attendant, expecting him to refund my quarters. Instead he said that he was only an employee, the machine was owned by someone else and couldn't help me. I asked for the manager or owner, but he said the manager was not there. I said, "Then call him." The attendant answered that the manager cannot be called. So I asked, "You can't call the manager ever?" I stopped in for a quick fill this morning looking to get in and out quick. I went in and asked the gentleman behind the counter, Nas. L was his name, for 20 bucks on pump 4. I swiped my card (BTW, according to reports, your account info is far less likely to be stolen if you go inside instead of swiping at the pump). My debit card was declined due to BofA security issues - they sent a new debit card in the mail, i just didn't get around to swapping it out. Trying to make a long story short here...so I had no money, no gas and I was on my way to work. I found $1.43 in loose change in my car just to get me to the bank (about 5 miles away) so I could take money out to get gas. Instead of having to go through that hassle, Nas kindly put $5 of his own money on my pump and it was enough to get me all the way to work. There is a BofA right around the corner from my office and now I can get more gas on my lunch break. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more
