Because of covid, they attempt to be safe, and the customer lounge is not always available. In a day and age that everything cost more, and you still get less. They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. The Pelham location does know how to clean a vehicle, had my truck done before a trip 2 months ago before a long trip with no complaints. Very disappointing and will take to Pelham, she was heading out of town tomorrow, and have it taken care of.
