I go in and had to leave my pup in the car thinking my order would be ready since I waited for five minutes after the estimated ready time . It wasn't. When I finally got my order and got down the road, I realized I didn't get my drink I ordered. There is no where on the app to request a refund. Tip: make sure you don't mind going inside even if you order for drive thru and check your order before you leave.

I loved and appreciated the ease of selecting my coffee to be ground and brewed all from a few steps. The touchscreen screens were awesome! The coffee had a nice flavor! Really enjoyed my cup of Joe! I didn't get to look around much inside but I did notice their made to order slogan for their food. This is great for a convenience store. Hate I didn't have time to order any food during the time of my visit. The staff was nice. I am pretty sure that I will gas up here , get more coffee before hitting the road. After paying we realized the mozzarella sticks were being put in the fryer so we stepped outside for a couple minutes to wait on our food. After arriving back inside to grab our food we realized that someone else had grabbed our orders and asked Allison who was on shift if they had handed the orders out already and she said yes but someone else grabbed the order. Now usually whenever i go to a fast food place or something similar and the food gets taken by someone else it's a hassel to get the food you never received. But Allison was more than welcome to help us out and figure out not only who stole the food but since they had already left she insisted on remaking our orders!! Allison is very kind, smart and over going. Idk if she's a manager already because i could barely read her name tag but the way she was working, she definitely deserves a raise. Upon receiving my food i realized that i had paid for 3 extra sauces that i didn't get so i had asked some gentleman working behind the counter but he was rude about it and told me to have an good day when asked for marinara. After that had happened i went back over to Allison and told her about the situation and she instantly fixed all of my problems! She's a very hard worker and well committed to the place. Ordered my usual Refresherz with energy boost and bubbles. This was the worst one I have ever gotten. There was literally no raspberry flavor and it only had 6 or 8 bubblez!! I didn't realize it until I was several miles down the road and late for an appointment, so I didn't have time to go back. I have visited this location previously and have never had an issue like this. Not sure if it was a newer employee or they just didn't care, but this was ridiculous. Inside I made quick usage of the facilities and wanted to grab myself some drinks for the remainder of the trip. I would have used the self checkouts but I needed items from behind the counter. The line went smoothly and the employees were pleasant to deal with. Overall a decent stop at a busy location.
