Vacuums are included and on both sides of the car for ease. Having the towels was awesome because I was able to make sure my car was shining when I left. I also loved that the drying cycle isn't just a fan. It includes heat, air and a buffer to go over the top of the car. I haven't been to a touchless wash that offers that. What followed were deceptive practices and concerning payment issues. Red flag #1 - Both card readers were taped over. When I arrived at the payment station, both card readers were covered with tape. After waiting several minutes, an employee came out claiming the readers were "down" and would "charge my card a lot of money" if I used them. He directed me to a handheld tap device he held next to an iPad. He then tried to sell me the top-tier wash for "$1 more", but this was $1 more than the second tier's regular price, not the discounted price I came for. When he then claimed the top wash cost $45 normally, he was pointing at the monthly plan. When I questioned this, he backtracked saying "sorry, my bad" and continued pushing the upsell. I paid $25 for the top-tier wash instead of the second tier at $19.20 (20% off $24) as I expected. Red flag #2 - The wash left soap all over my car. My car exited the tunnel with the entire front still covered in suds. When I asked where I could rinse it off, the employee told me to use their window cleaner and rags. I had to dry wipe soap off my car in their parking lot. He claimed it happened because a brush couldn't lower due to "weight" and said "everybody has to deal with that." Red flag #3 - Receipt issues and hostile behavior. When I requested a receipt for the $25 charge (which I hadn't initially asked for), the employee became hostile. He ordered me out of the office claiming I was "aggressive" (I wasn't) and repeatedly shouted "BYE! BYE!" at me. He then went inside to make a phone call while I waited on the curb. After more than 5 minutes, and only after another customer arrived and was waiting, he brought out a receipt showing a $0 sale with a $30 charge that had been added and removed. It did not match my actual transaction. It also said I had purchased a membership, which I most definitely did not. I had to purchase another car wash elsewhere to remove the soap film before my event. The combination of taped card readers with a fake explanation, payment via standalone tap device, and inability to provide a legitimate receipt has me monitoring my credit card for fraudulent charges. This location used deceptive pricing tactics, provided incomplete service, exhibited unprofessional behavior, and failed to provide proper transaction documentation. The payment setup appears designed to avoid standard processing systems. I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash.
