We just left this sheetz. We went in to prepay for gas ($80 in cash). The pump wouldn't work and they didn't have any sign saying out of order just had pay inside so thats what we did. When we went in to get our money back they "couldn't find the transaction". We went to the same person who took our money. I'll be posting a review on tiktok as well. read more

Bustling on Thanksgiving weekend. Well stocked convenience store. Husband reports one urinal out of order in men's room. Three stalls in ladies room (and they were the opposite of the Hiny Hider I experienced on the initial leg of our trip ) and there was a line out the door. read more

Let me start by saying I am a regular Sheetz customer. When traveling for work, I plan my routes to stop at Sheetz for gas and convenience items. I stopped at the Wards Road location on the way home from a business trip earlier today. Fueled up my car and went inside for the restroom and to grab a MTO drink. Ordered my usual Refresherz with energy boost and bubbles. This was the worst one I have ever gotten. There was literally no raspberry flavor and it only had 6 or 8 bubblez!! I didn't realize it until I was several miles down the road and late for an appointment, so I didn't have time to go back. I have visited this location previously and have never had an issue like this. Not sure if it was a newer employee or they just didn't care, but this was ridiculous. I will stop again, but I will check my drink before leaving the counter! read more

Awful. This is the worst MTO ever!!!!!!!!!!! The MTO workers don't understand what a PRETZEL, WHITE, or WHEAT ROLL is. My friend and I went back to get her order corrected and they messed it up worse the second time!!!!!!!!!!! "HOW HARD IS IT TO READ A SCREEN!!!!!!!" Next time I'll just go to Wendy's next door. WAWA may be an hour away, but for the time my friend spent going back and forth, it would have been worth it. The cashier Maddie, was the best, very nice, kept apologizing for the long wait times, and offering free fountain drinks. They need more cashiers with good hearts read more

I just read that Wawa is coming to Lynchburg. Good! Maybe they can spur Sheetz into improving their food. Sheetz food used to be pretty decent. I loved their breakfast burritos, for example. But, over the past couple of years, the taste and quality have plummeted. A few months ago, I purchased one of their breakfast sausage burritos...expecting it to be as good as it always was. Nope. I don't know what they gave me, but it tasted like scrapple with powdered eggs. It was awful. It was so bad that I threw it in the trash after just one bite. I even complained about it in a follow up survey Sheetz sent me. Then, thinking maybe it was just a one-off, I tried it again. Nope. It was just as awful as the last time. And it's not just the breakfast burritos either. Other food items I used to enjoy from Sheetz have suffered as well. Burgers. Chili dogs. All much worse than the past. It has gotten so bad that I no longer consider Sheetz as an option for fast food. read more

Gasoline / convenience store. Sheetz is ok - but it is not a Wawa... Large gasoline seller with a lot of pumps that is perpetually busy. Gas prices are pretty good and pumps are usually working. Beyond the gasoline, Sheetz has a large market that sells snacks and made to order sandwiches and other food items. To me though, the real star of the show is the beer cave. You can get decently priced beer at Sheetz which is good for your summer BBQ thing when you have to stop on the way to someones house. Overall a good stop for gas and beer. The other stuff may also work for you. read more

We always stop here on our way to see family. This was the worse I've seen it. Typically we always get gas and order food MTO, but after seeing the restrooms we decided to go elsewhere. Thank goodness for baby wipes! Women's restroom was out of toilet paper & paper towels, missing a soap dispenser, trash all over the floor, and 1 (out of 3) toilet clogged/not flushing. Being busy shouldn't be an excuse as this is known to be a busy location. read more

To the guy last night (5/31/24) who got an attitude and rolled your eyes because I asked for sauce that I ordered and paid for. I was extremely nice about it and had my receipt to show you. You still didn't even give me what I asked for that you all for got to put with my order and I didn't complain about that despite being technically upchared and not having enough for what I needed. I had a long rough day and had been up since 5:30am (was almost midnight by this point) but decided to choose humanity and not take it out on someone just trying to make a living. Maybe try to do the same when you make a mistake as well. On top of that had to come back in because you all didn't put napkins or silverware in their either. Two extra trips inside that I could've have been a Karen about but I wasn't. Try to choose kindness as well, it goes a lot farther. That was my first real meal in two days just from experiencing a pretty tough time and kind of sucks that that is how I was treated. You never know was someone is going through. Convenient location for a quick travel stop & a bitte to eat. Plenty of parking. Food was your average fast food. Sliders were good & fresh.

Literally the slowest pump in the history of the world. Ten minutes and still didn't have 5 gallons. The lady next to me was so frustrated, she just got 2 gallons and left. It may have just been a glitch but I was hoping for a quick fuel stop. However, the bathrooms were spacious and clean, and they had a wide selection of snacks. If the get the pump fixed, I'd give it 5 stars. read more

I give this location all top marks, on the inside of the store! The food and everything else inside the store is awesome! However since this location was rebuilt, they now have fewer gas pumps and it's chaotic at the pumps! I feel that whatever engineer designed this, should be forced to get gas here! It might change his perspective! That's why I only gave them three stars out of five! read more

This was my first time visiting a Sheetz store. I was told by a friend to have the breakfast sandwich. They did not dissapoint! It was made fresh and hot. They also have a special with the coffee that my son qualified for. That was an added bonus. They have friendly employees also. read more

Stopped here for gas and a quick bite to eat but after reading Keiko's review we skipped the food and just stuck with gas. The gas was lower on price than the surrounding stations so this was the place to fill up. read more

Clean, decent, well-lit and easy to maneuver in and out. This is a good place to pit stop for long trips.

Updated: this location was demolished and rebuilt as of 12/2017. New store is currently clean and updated. I hope they'll stay on top of things now and keep the place in good condition. Eat in area is a nice addition. Biggest complaint is there seem to be fewer gas pumps at this busy location. read more
