I deeply appreciate that they inform you about the rewards points and their willing to help you save a few cents on your gas preference. Just today, I called in an associate asking if she could accept my change (coins) [Very kind woman btw] for gas where it summed up to a total of 21 dollars. She gladly accepted and informed that she would let the gentlemen's know about my arrival with the coins. The gentleman accepted and the associate was calmed and patient about counting the money. I cannot complain of their customer service skills. On the contrary, I am thankful for their comprehension and kindness. My wish is for this place to continue providing phenomenal customers service for everyone. So far, the best Chevron Extra Mile I have ever experienced! :) Thank you.
