But don't try to find another entrance to the lot - what appear to be side-entrances just lead back onto Wilkinson Boulevard. Yours truly spent a few minutes circling before finding the only way into the lot: squeezing between a low sidewalk and an overfilled dumpster. Once you are in there, it is nice enough. This is a crappy neighborhood so they don't have the really top-shelf brands, but a pair of hearty hellos make for a good substitute. The rum I had come for was on display up front, but after I grabbed a bottle I still wanted to peruse their selection. ABC employees never seem comfortable with the idea of me just looking around and a few offers of help seemed more concerned than genuinely kind.

Keep an eye out for their free ones each day so you can sample a few of their featured wines, or the paid tastings that give you much more of a in depth background of wine. I love that they have a wonderful selection of all different priced wines so you find a great bottle at an affordable price. Each time I ask for help they are very friendly and I never feel silly asking basic questions. If you're buying for a specific person or a certain occasion make sure to ask for their recommendation and they won't disappoint.
