While I looked online I was surprised to learn that this place tries to stay in touch with their South American roots, so obviously I wanted to try it out! On the menu I saw plenty of drinks from coffees to matchas to chais and lemonades as well. Apart from that there were other options like baked goods and sandwiches. Once I got there the place was actually very packed but there was still plenty of room as well. There was also an outside patio for those who wish to sit outside rather than inside. The vibe was giving woodsy and green. So it felt very bright and welcoming in the shop. The staff was nice and took care of me quickly. I ended up ordering their pesto flatbread. It took a couple of minutes for me to get my order but nothing too long. The flatbread was overall really good. It had arugula, pesto, cheese, prosciutto, and cherry tomatoes on top. It was very filling as well. I would def recommend this place if you're in the Charlotte area! I will say that the prices might not be the "cheapest" but I think it's worth it.

They do bring the food out to you. The service has always been really great. We really have never had an issue. The really nice part is the Pho is gluten free so it's a pretty easy choice especially once the weather gets a little chilly. I love the Korean corn dogs. The Hot Cheetos option is my favorite. It is cooked to order. I always get a nice cheese pull. It's not spicy but does have good Cheetos flavor. We love a good Boba so we like to get the blended frozen mango one and it is top-tier! Everyone who works here is super friendly and they answer questions if you have them. when you pay, you can either pay with cash or card. If you pay with cash, it is a little cheaper, so just keep that in mind. Absolutely recommend!

Reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the noodle bowl lacked depth of flavor and the beef was kind of tough. Not the best I've had but I'd maybe come back and order something else. Their mochi donuts and boba all look good! Iced viet coffee was good, but again, have had better.

It's in a good spot because several places use this building for trainings and there is nothing around within walking distance. Smart idea CPCC. I wish they had extended hours. I had banana bread and of course coffee. The bread was moist yummy. Partly because i didnt have time to write a…read morereview but also partly because i was selfishly concerned that too many knowing of the existance of this bakery would hurt my chances of ever eating the best cheesecake of my life again. Alas, the time has come to share my discovery. Aspire bakery is a small bakery and bistro located inside CPCC's Harris Campus. It is currently closed due to it being summer but it is typically open mon-fri during the fall/spring semesters. Basically, it is the culinary department students making delicious soups, sandwiches and baked goods for all to enjoy at a great price. Cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, scones, biscuits, macaroons the list goes on and on...all were available here over the course of the last year. Now there is no telling exactly what will be in the bakery case at any visit, but i can guarantee whats there will be delicious. In addition to the baked goods they also have a few sandwiches, salads, wraps and pannini's to choose from and always a soup of the day. I ate here almost every week for the duration of their last run and i never once had the same soup. This very quickly became one of my favorite places to eat and that was completely solidified when i had a slice of their blueberry cheesecake. It was light and airy but rich at the same time. So good. Best i have ever had. Ever. Now just to make this even more awesome im gonna talk about the prices of everything. Ive never found a bakery more reasonably priced. Sandwich, soup, cookie and a drink for around $8. The baked goods start at .50. Oh and theres no tax and the funds from everything they sell goes right back into the culinary program! It is a win-win on so many levels. It was a sad day when i realized they were closing for the summer but i know they will be open again before i know it. And when they do i highly recommend that everyone check this bakery out.

I have also tasted their iced white mocha latte and it was very sweet for a "regular"sweetened drink. Any time you place an order, you can customize your beverage sweetness. Their service is a little slow when they're busy but that's ok- it's worth the wait lol. There's tables to sit at while you wait.

I had recently tried this drink at another Haraz location and loved it so much that I officially considered myself a matcha drinker. When I received my drink, I noticed it looked much pinker than it had at the other locations I'd visited. I assumed it had just been mixed and that the usual layers of matcha, strawberry, and whipped cloud had blended together, so I didn't think much of it. However, after taking my first sip in the car, it immediately tasted like strawberry milk. Since I was on my way to work, I kept drinking it, expecting the matcha flavor to come through, but it never did. It was disappointing because the drink was nothing like the one I've had several times at other Haraz locations. I hope this location places an emphasis on training and consistency so the drinks meet the same standard as the rest of the Haraz locations. On a positive note, the staff members were kind, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in.

It definitely felt like a spot with a lot of regulars, which is always nice to see, and the overall vibe was very family-oriented and welcoming. One person handled both my order and preparation, and he was kind and friendly, especially once I started the conversation. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and loved that I could choose the bread. I went with the croissant, and it was a great choice. The sandwich was toasted, really good and filling. For my drink, I had the Cinnamon Toast latte/Americano Macchiato with oat milk, and it was delicious. Flavorful without being overly sweet and very well balanced. A couple small things worth noting: when I tried to use the restroom, both were locked, which was a little inconvenient. Also, the napkins available were the small coffee-style ones, and I definitely needed a few more for the sandwich. Overall, this was a solid stop with good food, a comforting atmosphere, and friendly service. If I'm in the area again, I'd come back to try more items on the menu.
