I asked Heidi where those were in the store and before I could even proceed to look for them, she offered that she has a moisturizer. Before I can even say, "Sure". The owner and the entire staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. After coming here for so long, they've gotten to know me beyond just being another customer. They remember the little things about me, always ask about my kids, and take the time to talk with me about life whenever I stop in.
