The new location is bigger and has more gas pumps, so the wait time is much shorter and getting in and out is much easier. I also like that they have clear signs showing which pumps are available. It makes it easier to know where to go and helps keep the traffic moving. The gas prices are very competitive. I know Costco gas prices can vary from one location to another, sometimes by a few cents, but I think this location offers a good price and a more convenient experience with shorter wait times. My daughter likes coming here too. She drives a hybrid car, so she doesn't need gas often, but whenever she does, she prefers this location because it's convenient and usually doesn't require a long wait.

The customer service at this location is horrible, especially from the employee with glasses who was working today. He was rude, dismissive, and gave me attitude when I was already dealing with an issue caused by THEIR car wash. I came here expecting a quick wash, but the wash had an emergency stop while my car was already completely drenched and covered in soap. This is now the THIRD time I've experienced an issue like this at this location. What really pushed me over the edge was the employee having the audacity to tell me to just go to another location while my car was STILL COVERED IN SOAP. He suggested the Anaheim location as if it were right down the street. Why should I have to drive to an entirely different location with soap all over my car because your equipment stopped working? I was so frustrated that I asked him to cancel my membership, and instead of helping me, he basically told me I had to go elsewhere to do that too. No effort to resolve the situation, no apology, and no consideration for the inconvenience whatsoever. I've paid for this membership for over a year, and having repeated equipment problems is frustrating enough. Being met with attitude and terrible customer service on top of it is unacceptable. After three separate incidents, I'm done giving this location chances and will be taking my business elsewhere.
