When I pay for gas, I shouldn't be judged on how much gas I put in. It's none of your business, and it's unprofessional.

Just went to fill up my tank. I was standing right there and it overflowed. It got gasoline all over my car and all over the ground. Another customer called the attendant and the guy comes out and scolds me, telling me I needed to watch it next time. I was literally standing right there. The hose never stopped pumping gas, even when I removed it. Very rude hispanic employee. Very dangerous place to pump gas when there are faulty hoses.. read more

I had a way better experience this time because there was no line for the car wash. Just know that you cannot enter your code while there's another car in the car wash, or they'll have to reset the whole thing. Unfortunately this is what happened to me this time but of course my fault. Then the guy from inside the station has to come out and reset the whole thing. Luckily, the man behind me was real cool and chuckling about the whole thing. I love the tri color foam soap that goes onto your windshield, it looks really cute. read more

Gas Station Conveniently located right on Harbor and Garden Grove Blvds and close to the highway on ramp, this is a quick and easy place to fill the tank. Decent pumps - some work better than others and they could be a bit faster, but it gets the job done. Easy in and out. read more

Credit card fee was $.20 per gallon more compared to cash. If you're filling up, it adds up. No squeegee at my pump. Attendent didn't help the customer pumping gas next to me, so guess who had to. Only positive part to this experience was i got to help a really cute girl. read more

Their car wash sucks. Took my truck to fill'er up and the guy said I had giving him a $20 when in reality it was $50 bill. I was waiting for them to check the cameras to clarify his error. Since they took time off my hands they gave me a free car wash ticket. My truck was fairly dirty so I gave it a try.WORST MISTAKE EVER. First off there was a whole lot of noise and the rubber mats that wipe the car are brutal. I literally cling. They are thick pieces of rubber that slap up againts the body of the vehicle. I love that I can get gas and a car wash at the same time AND I get a $0.10/gallon discount! Granted, you're never going to get a thorough car washing with the automated machine but it does a decent job. For goodness sake, PLEASE read the instructions outside of the car wash! SLOWLY go through the dryer, it will not pass over your car automatically. Nice attendants, the few interactions I've had with them they were very pleasant and met my needs adequately. Your car needs a wash! The station is conveniently located near the 5 and the 22. I always buy a car wash to save on what I pay for gas, even if I don't wash my car that day. The car wash codes are good for 2 weeks and if you are just too busy and forget, they will issue a new code without any problems. Just tell them I sent cha. On second thought, don't. Went to pump gas here. I put my credit card in the pump and began filling. When it got to 4 gallons I let go of the handle and the pump showed it was still dispensing gas! I didn't know what to do so went inside and told the attendant Ysidra that I stopped pumping gas but the pump is still charging me. She said "I'll be with you in a minute." So I had to wait in line while the pump was still charging me! Then instead of going outside to check the pump she said very rudely told me to just hang it up. I went back outside and before I took the gas nozzle out of my tank, I took a video showing me holding a pump with no gas coming out and the machine continuing to charge me! I went back inside expecting a refund and Ysidra refused. Saying "Only my manager can give you a refund." Total nonsense! I now have to waste my time and call this manager to get a refund that I should have gotten immediately! Horrible customer service! read more

Gas price is not pricey, but not cheap either. This lot has a car wash and a food court too, which is good. But I think the space/lot is huge and a waste. read more

They offer a free bottle of water water when you do a car wash. Yeah thats what the sign says but when you go inside they say you have to get the most expensive one. Wow really??? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!" the guy behind the counter very unprofessional. But thats ok. I rather drive another mile up the road on Chapman and Euclid and give them my business. They are 10 cents cheaper per gallon and 20 cheaper if you buy the carwash. And alot more professional. read more

First time at this Gas station, the attendant Jonathon was very unprofessional and acted or is immature. First, I went in and paid $32 (cash) of gas and for what pump # when he asked me over & over how old I was (I look young), I just awkwardly laughed but he still kept asking so I just told him as I was walking away so I could leave already and then he says loudly "No fucken way!" He did say sorry but still I was just happy to be walking out the door, as soon as I grabbed the pump, the screen read "$27 prepaid" so I immediately knew he imputed the wrong amount. I got my $27 of gas and went inside to tell him I had given him $32 not $27. As soon as I told him he just said "..uh okay I'll check"... but he looked confused so again I told him that I'm waiting for the rest.. he then started counting with his fingers the difference when I said "it's $5". He then asked me what pump again, I told him again and as I was leaving out again he says "your not lying right" .... at this point I just wanted to leave but my car filled up with $4.22 of the $5. I went in to grab my change and he just looks at me with a confused face again,I told him I was there to get my change.. he starts making more confused expressions, as he's getting my change he says obnoxiously "What are you gonna buy with 78 cents?" I don't think it's any of his business to ask people what they do with their own money, I answered him "..buy something else." He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me my change. GET YOUR CAR WASH ELSEWHERE!!! Gas stations are gas stations and self serve carwashes are pretty much the same. But the people who work there, that is where the differences lie. I paid for the most expensive car wash and it didn't get all of the bugs off the front of the car and the wheels weren't very clean so I asked for a rewash. The clerk was confused and so the Manager came out and her reaction was as if I was asking for her first born child. She said that the bugs were hard. I told her that what bugs are like when they die on the front of cars and they advertise a "CAR WASH" and that is what I expected. I wasn't asking her to scrub the bugs off herself but to give me a rewash to see if it would take them off on a second go through since they were softened up from the first trip through the tunnel of fun. I'm not sure whether to say she was snotty or rude but she knows nothing about customer service. I won't be returning and advise you to get a car wash from somewhere else. read more

DON'T BUY THE CAR WASH!! First the code doesn't work Then the attendant didn't reply for assistance and is very rude. After discussing for 15 min and him explaining to multiple workers instead of figuring out what's going on and and fix it, I finally got my credit. Today was my first experience with Shell and it was a horrible one. I went to get a car wash and apparently I didn't have enough change so I went in to tell the cashier. Well the cashier Lance was a horrible employee. I went in and he was just sitting there doesn't even greet me and I told him my problem. He said well yeah you need change and I said sorry. He gave me a major attitude. And told me next time if I have a problem just flip off the car behind me. I was shocked that someone would tell me to do that. He doesn't even give me instructions for anything and said next time don't even come here. I wanted to take my money back because he was so rude. read more

Horrible experience with the staff and car wash after going here for years. The car wash broke down after I entered my code and drive into the machine. I went into the store and the cashier told me that I did it wrong (after using this same car wash for years). He said he checked my code and it was unused. At this point the car wash was backed up so I left to come back later and used the code. So 5 days later I go back and the code comes up as invalid. I go into the store and the rude cashier (a different employee) tells me the code has already been used and there is nothing she can do. I told him I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company but she didn't care. They lost a long time customer and I will get my $5 back. It's not about the money, it's about the principle involved. read more

The owners of this Station and Car Wash have really done well in so much that they actually installed a brand new Carwash, changing all of the components, installing new equipment, and the Carwash works very well now. I believe they actually listened to the complaints that were called in by me and others at their corporate offices, and actually responded well, and this is impressive in today's world! They continue to get all of my business for all my cars. read more

Don't waste your money on the car wash here. The machine isn't strong enough to wash the bugs off the windshield. The pay machine is old and sometimes it would take your money but not register. You would have to go inside and sign a piece of paper with your information in order to get a credit. read more
