This station has everything I need whenever I need it. Very well stocked with all my favorite snacks and drinks. All the employees are super nice and helpful, EXCEPT Ryan. My lord man I hate to bring people down but this guy SUCKS. Super slow with zero effort non existent customer service. I'm not asking for 5 stars, hell I'm not even asking for 2 stars. He gives me -half a star every single time. I walk in and I see a crowd of customers and I ask myself "oh man is this the line for the bathroom?" NO it's just RYAN. JOSUA was absolutely rude and argumentative with me all in front of my underage children. All because JOSUA failed to pay attention, Maybe it was due to the fact that when I walked into to the gas station "Chevron" JOSUA was bothered by my simple presence. I do believe and understand JOSUA was enjoying his quiet time with his drinks but JOSUA forgot that his also working. The issue was JOSUA added the money to the wrong pump and instead of just being kind and simply asking me to move to the correct pump this young man choose to instead confront me outside the gas station yelling "it's the customers job to know what pump they are at", keep in mind my underage kids are all in the car now scared at the small man yelling at there mother all for what? ...Because I the customer interrupted JOSUA's quiet time. This Chevron station has an AWFUL management. I am member of Chevron rewards, but their machine to input my phone number was not working. The guy that was attending me was Edgar. Edgar was not helpful and was cursing making it look like I was stupid. He snatched the machine, and was continuing to curse. After he could not get it to work, I asked him for my money back and he THREW it on the counter. I asked for his name and for the manager, but he just ignored me. I went back a couple of days later and asked for the manger. After telling the workers my experience, they supposedly said that Edgar is the manager. The workers told me NOT to write a bad review because it would affect them. UNBELIEVABLE. **If Edgar is the manager, please replace him. Nice looking place to refuel, but the space is so cramped here! Here's what I liked... * nice newly remodeled looking station. Here's what I didn't like... * very small and cramped facility. Makes maneuvering difficult. * lanes are too narrow. I can't easily turn out without potentially hitting the car beside me going in a certain direction. * it's frustrating when you have to rely on others to move, and they take their sweet time. * The dude in front of me decides to buy a his groceries inside the minimart, then washes his car with the little squeegee, THEN pumps his car!!! I've been in position waiting for his slow sloth ass, but he just takes his sweet time! This place sucks! * the station is located on one of the most congested sections of road in town. This Chevron is right by the freeway which makes it fairly convenient. I have a Chevron card, and their prices for fuel are right at or below the going rate. Just a month or two ago they installed a brand new GLEAMING Chevron mini mart, which I was really happy about as I filled up on a Saturday morning around 10am because I needed coffee, and most of the Chevrons have decent coffee (usually Van Houtte). But as I went inside they had NO coffee whatsoever, not even any from the little cappuccino machines which are kinda like instant-coffee-lite. Since I had already picked this location to get gas and a hot beverage before hitting the freeway, and it's pretty much the last stop before the on-ramp, I was completely out of luck with nowhere else to go before hitting the road. The only other gripe is it's still a very small station and just 2 islands so it's a bit tricky to get in & out for gas, and it's on the wrong side if you're going north, but luckily there's a stoplight. Try filling up here at non-peak hours if you have to. read more

One of the places to go if you need gas quick and have to head on out. If the front gas pumps are full, there are a couple more gas pumps in the back which are much more roomier. It is well lit back there at night and not many people read the sign about additional pumps in the back. I used to come here for everything - gas, alcohol, snacks, etc. Basically, anything that you would usually come to a gas station and convenience store for. Albeit very busy at peak hours in the afternoon, the customer service was always superb. In fact, some, if not most of the staff know me by face because I came here so often. Well, my advocacy for this location changed last night. I came at around 1:50 am looking to buy a few beers when the blonde female clerk whom I've never encountered before (and will not name) told me that she was "busy" and it would a "few minutes" before I could be helped. I pointed out to her that it was almost 2:00 am and kindly asked her to please ring me up ASAP, and she told me that I should instead go to ARCO! Unbelievable! (By the way, if you are wondering what her "busy" task was, she was making coffee...) This location I will never be returning to writing this review to let people know how professionally Galaxy Oil company handled a situation that occured at this location on Oct. 23,2015. My friends and I were walking to this location to grab something to drink and moments before we walked in an incident occured and the worker immediately without asking for ID or asking if we were 21 said you guys don't look 21 get out! At that moment I exchanged words with the employee for judging by looks rather than asking for ID as we walked out I let that day slide I was a regular 2 times a week goer to this location for gas yesterday the moment I walked in the same employee was there and she along with another employee said get out coming out of the counter to get us out I asked for a reason why I was being kicked and was not given any reason why I was being kicked so we left as we were outside the employee through the window flipped my friend and I off as we left upset I called corporate to put this complaint in and they did not handle the situation maturely I had an employee at Galaxy Oil company corporate screaming at me saying "Your Kind is not welcome at that store and you along with your friends are not allowed at any of their locations ever again" I was calling in to complain and also apologize what happened that night the words I exchanged with the employee but the person didn't take any time to listen to what I had to say while I was trying to calm him down and explain what happened he said you along with your friends have been put on the police report for the incident that occured when we were in no association with what happened.
