I will never forgive this man. Shame on him. The quality of the job seems acceptable but you can find similar quality with a bit of better search. Don't pass by this place.

He is one of those rare people in the greater NYC area, a mechanic that is honest with you. Time and time again, he has told me that I didn't need to do this and that with my car, and suggested a better, cheaper fix. How rare is that? It's because of his honesty I have been going back to his shop year after year. I have recommended his service to several friends and every single time, my friends have had only good things to say about his work and honesty. I highly recommend you try his services before you go to another auto shop that does not have your best interest at heart. Tell him Ryan sent you.

The salesman actually Drove me up to New Rochelle from the bronx to check it out. I loved it, Had him not only make the sale but installed new tires to boot before I could pick it up. He found me a dream car, a head turner, that was 18 years ago and MILEA has kept me on the road ever since. Yearly inspections at MILEA, Thorough inspections, pull the wheel, check Everything from Brakes to Emissions and that ever so important sticker on the windshield for the last 18 Years. Satisfied customer…read more Found through Geico Express service locator. Lovely staff at the shop...I did a quick walk-around inspection of the car with a staff member when I first dropped off the car on 12/19/22. A few days later, I had access (via Geico) to the shop's estimate and photos. The estimate was very fair...they used whatever they could reuse (i.e. undamaged headlight) as they are supposed to. The initial Geico estimate said "12" days and gave car pickup date of 12/31/22. I thought that date was a bit aggressive when I first saw it. I called them on about 12/29 and they said that they were still waiting for parts and they expect the last part to arrive on 1/3/23. I was also told that they think the car would be ready by the following Friday (1/13/23). I was called on 1/12/23 and was told that the car was ready for pickup. I picked it up the following day and was very pleased with the work done. Hard to tell any accident occured except for the newer appearing headlight and foglight on the repaired side. (The old reused parts were a bit cloudier) The paint job was good with minimal-no signs of work done. Overall I was very happy with the staff and work done. It was unfortunate that it took 2 weeks for the parts to get there for an "Express" shop...but I understand that is the nature of the business.
