This shop is a waste of money and time. I've thousands spent on nothing, I had problems with my car…read morethat should have been relatively easy, but instead of listening to my issues, they went straight for the money grab, seeing a young guy come in and want his car fixed they made me their project customer that would have to keep coming back. "Chris" (one of the mechanics) one day tells me I have a project vehicle, which isn't true I have an exhaust and a performance chip, which they can see but they saw it as I should get used to spending money with them on my daily driver. My Honda accord is a k24 and these guys were supposed fix my oil pressure switch and put a new screw in my oil pan, instead they replaced the pan and did not touch the oil pressure switch, but they have me come to get it and "Chris" says "hey it looks like it does have a leak from near the valve cover but we should work from the bottom up and it's dripping on these components so I'll clean this and we can work on this see if it still leaks then we will fix the next step". Me as a 20 year old needing his car I say okay mannnn just please get it right that's more than intended. These guys replace my solenoid for it to still be leaking because he didn't listen when I said oil pressure switch. Me being me I was tired of coughing up money and knew the last step "Chris" said it could be and did it myself (the valve cover gasket) and my seals are perfect everything. But the car is still leaking oil so I feel around and right behind is the oil pressure switch and it's wet oil has sprayed everywhere. So I call, I ask for "Chris" and at this point I'm very aggravated because it's still leaking and I have paid you for what I think is everything I could've done based on your words as a 20 year old to make this car run right, I tell him this on the phone, " I'm tired of paying yall for it to be done wrong I did your last step and it's still leaking so it was never the last two things you had me pay for which was over 600 dollars. He says " hey man relax bring it in we will check out what you got" as if I don't work everyday just like him and need my car everyday just like him and as if the car hadn't been fixed the first time I spent 500 with them. I tell him I'll see him that day and go up there once again. When I get there I can see a trail of my oil on the wet black tar parking lot, I walk inside and see Chris who says hey sir and I hold the door open so he can come see what's going on with me this time, I have my car hood up and when we walk near the car I point just in front of where I parked and say booop boop boop I'm dripping everywhere it's insane I try to show him how the switch has oil all over it and he doesn't acknowledge me so I do an open and closing motion with my hand and say pressure switch it's whenever I apply oil pressure. "Chris" tells me he needs me to stop clapping I said "I'm showing pressure" and begin to search for my key to leave it again because they can't do the job right. We go inside and "I'm like bro I did the valve cover so yall can just worry about the switch" and I leave to then be in the middle of doing something When he calls, " Chris" to say "hey so I don't know if you are still mad" but we are done with your car and the oil pressure switch had a washer on it we removed it and I checked on the oem ones and they shouldn't they use thread locker, which I already had known and there wasn't a washer because before them i installed it myself. But it's fine I let him say whatever bc I was in the middle of something, but the end really got me, he said " I just want you to know we won't be working with you after this we have you in as someone we won't do business with. And I said "okay sounds good". But now what because y'all still didn't do it right. Can I come back? Can I get my money back?

The employee fires out the door and literally yells at me for cleaning my windshield without paying for gas. I told him I fill up there all the time and just needed a couple minutes to clean my windshield. After more yelling from the employee, he agrees to let me park in one of the open spots to finish what I was doing. Normally, I would be on my way and leave it at that, but I decided I wanted to talk to this guy a little more. I went inside and told him I understand I was blocking a pump, and that he could have asked politely for me to move and I gladly would have done so. This guy was so shockingly stubborn and unapologetic, it got to the point it was actually amusing to me. I was informed there are 6 millions gas consumers available to this gas station (apparently this guy thinks they get customers from every inch of the State of Washington) and that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere.
