I was only there for a tank of gas and a tasty beverage for the ride home. In that short period of time, I saw an upset employee leave the store and Alexander playing the part of Bully better than Scut Farkus from a Christmas Story. It is ok to hate your job, but when you serve the public, it is better not to show them that you can't handle the position. Take it out back...Take a walk...Go home...Eat a Mentos...Quit. My driver sit with the trailer and waited until 7 PM and they still have not showed up so he left. When he left the trailer, tires were in perfectly good shape. I get a call from the repair center where the trailer was delivered and they said it was dropped off with the sidewall cut out of the tire. So when I called the tow company to ask about my tire being cut, they said they didn't do it and I said well was it cut when you got there? They put me on a two minute hold and then said yes it was cut when we got there which I know is 100% false. No one is gonna come along the side of the interstate get out and slash a tire within 30 minutes of their arrival time, but had they been there 4 1/2 hours like they said they would be they couldn't lie like they are now! And that's the worst not only was the service 4 hours late,, tire cut during tow but the biggest issue is that they lied about doing it! I got no use for dishonest business and these guys TOW PRO CEDAR BLUFF TOWING ARE NOT HONEST! AND THEY CHARGED ME $600 to tow 5 miles!
