I went into the Caryville shell at 4:30 am on a Friday morning. Made my way to the cappuccino machine and dispensed a 24 Oz cup of French Vanilla. Then was on my way home and took a sipped on my morning ambition. "Oh my god,it had a strong taste of mint chocolate in it. 2 seconds later I had tossed the nasty drink out my window (not the cup).
I went back 4 mornings later to see if the flavors had been changed. They hadn't. I informed the cashier of the mistake and he really had the nerve to tell me I wasn't tasting mint flavor. I told him to smell it or even taste it,there was no doubt it was mint. Cashier was like "I would have to empty the whole bin of the mint just to put in the right flavor. I could tell he was upset but I thought it was a little funny. He emptied the whole bin of mint in the garbage and filled it with French vanilla, while all the time he was having an attitude with me about how "He was right and I had no idea what I was talking about". After he acted like he was some kinda summin,I smiled at him as I casually walked out the store after he had showed his ass with a smile on my face. It's people like that who shows every customer why they are barely getting a minimum wage. The cashiers are not friendly and were actually rude to me. Not only are the food prices double compared to the BP next to shoneys but the customer service at BP is absolutely fantastic. I am sure my money will not put them out of buisness but I hope that I have drug that ass hole out into the light and hope he at least gets a talking to on how to deal with customers. I will go back in one time, early in the morning and see if he is acting different. If not,I'll get his name and insist on his termination. We as customers (who are already paying too much for their junk) should not have to put up with the little loser who thinks "he's right and God's gift to gas stations". read more
