I told them the truck was purchased new and they're not even five years old. Then they told me the tires were almost bald. (I could not believe what they said) They said they couldn't rotate them because if I had a blowout I could sue them. Today I went to Sam's Club to have my tires checked for ware. They used a tire gauge to measure the tread depth. The lowest reading on their gauge was number six. They told me I had plenty life left on them. I will never go back to Tire Kingdom or Mavis again.
