He said I went the "wrong way" but there's no clear indication or barrier before I reached this side of the station. The plus side is that the Premium gas was significantly cheaper but the card machine wasn't able to read my Costco membership card. I had to scan the QR code from the Costco app. When I was about to leave, the other worker told me to turn my car around instead of going straight in order to exit the area. How was I supposed to know the pathing here when there are no clear indication? This is just poorly-managed station, just like its associated warehouse in this particular location.

I have four significant pet peeves with this Sam's Club…read more.. As anyone who has been to a Sam's Club knows, the safety straps for children in the cart catch on the other carts when they are inserted into each other. This is well known, so why doesn't Sam's Club do something to fix it? Then on customer service, if you buy something that needs to be retrieved from the electronics cage, there is never an employee there to retrieve it. There's no button or way to call an employee so you have to wait around for minutes until you can get attention of an employee who always acts annoyed. In contrast, Costco has a friendly staff member waiting at their electronics room to retrieve your purchased item. Next pet peeve is one against customers. Customers leave the shopping carts in the corrals every which way resulting in shopping carts sticking out into the drive lanes. It only takes three seconds to insert the shopping cart into an existing line of carts...if we all would just do that. Lastly, the traffic and how you have to drive into and out of this Sam's Club absolutely needs to be reworked. And it feels like Sam's doesn't care about these issues. If Costco were more convenient, Sam's would never again see me.

Got one of the big cups, fully expecting to pay the standard fountain price even though it was just water. The cashier waved me off saying water was free. Pretty nice of him, and great if that is policy. I'll typically use a foam cup many times before recycling, whereas single use plastics are much more problematic even when recycled. Thanks Circle K!

Lost $ 4000.00 Wedding Band - Zero Follow-up / Canceling all my Commercial Accounts with them…read more I am beyond disappointed with the lack of integrity and communication at this location. I have been a loyal customer with multiple memberships for my service vehicles, but that ends today. On Saturday, my 14kt white gold/1.5ct diamond wedding band came off while I was vacuuming my personal truck. I notified the manager immediately so they could retrieve it from the vacuum system. It is now Tuesday, and despite the high value of the item, I have not received a single follow-up call. Interestingly, they claim to have found a small earring in the system but "cannot find" a large white gold ring. It is highly suspicious that a small item was recovered while a significant piece of jewelry vanished. I am canceling all my business and personal memberships effective immediately and will be filing a police report to ensure the vacuum collection logs and surveillance are properly reviewed. Use caution when bringing high-value items or commercial fleets here
