Tonight, Sally was on her cell phone when I walked up to the window. You could tell I disturbed her. I told her the amount and the pump. She punched it in. I told her I had rewards b/c she didn't ask me. I gave her my phone number. She punched it in, supposedly. Then she wanted me to give her my phone to pay. Any other time, the man moved it closer to the window and I tapped it. She wouldn't let me & said the machine doesn't move. I told her I have to enter my password or use my face. With an attitude she told me to unlock it and it'll work. She took my phone through the window and tapped it. Then smirked and told me, "I told you." I told her that I've never had to give my phone to the cashier before. She shrugged. I told her not to worry, I'll contact corporate. She took her hand and shook it like whatever. I didn't want her to touch my phone much less take it inside the drive thru window. If she dropped it, would she or the company replace it? Then, she never put my rewards number in. She did it as cash. I had $0.20 off every gallon, up to 19 gallons. When I pumped, it only did $0.05 per gallon. I saved $0.69 versus $2.76. So she didn't put my number in or accept the rewards when it asked if I wanted to use it. She was rude from the start when she had to get off her cell phone to help a customer at her job.

It is a narrow gas station so no appropriate for anything bigger than a large pickup truck. You're not getting anything with a trailer in this place. Well covered and the usual squeegee are in place. Receipt printer worked. [Review 12442 overall, 2230 of 2019.]

I greeted him, and he didn't greet me back....okay no problem. I explained my issue and asked for my money back. He hesitated, but gave me the refund. I asked if he could give me change instead of a bill as I still need to vacuum my car, and he refused. No explanation or apology for my inconvenience. This was officially my last day doing business at this location. I'll spend my money where it's appreciated and welcomed with great costumer service!

Hard to believe a gas station (or any service provider) will loose a customer forever over $1.00,…read moreand practically beg for bad reviews. But, some obviously do not care: Customer in SUV pulls in to BP, puts $1.00 into air pump and tries to inflate tires. Hose connector is wobbly, finally makes positive contact with tire valve - but pressure gauge is not working. Several consecutive tries on this tire and the other tires - perhaps it's the tire valve? - won't work. Customer walks into the gas station and explains to attendant. Attendant responds she is aware of the broken pressure gauge (which is a heavy brass pencil-type gauge). Here is where it goes downhill in hurry. Customer asks why there's no note on the machine. Attendant: "all of our regulars know it." Customer: Really? And what if they don't know about the gauge? Attendant, literally: "you buy your own" [own gauge, I suppose]. Customer: "why don't you fix the gauge?" Attendant: "because our customers break it constantly" [so the regulars break the gauge? Hard to believe]. Customer: "I can't inflate the tires if the gauge is broken". Attendant: "As I said, you buy your own". Customer: "Well, I would like to have my $1.00 back please then." Attendant: "No. You got your air" and then starts getting even nastier. Customer points out he will advise his customers, neighbors and friends accordingly, and leaves. So one single Dollar is obviously worth losing a customer forever. And a bad rap. And potentially other drivers, who do not long for being mistreated by a gas station attendant. Wow.
