Bathroom is "locked" according to the dim witted girl at the register. So if you chose to stop here for gas and a bathroom after driving 4 hours you are out of luck. This past summer I visited two Shell station restrooms. One was in Maine in an out-of-the way location. The "restroom" was a port-a potty outside the building. It was absolutely disgustingly filthy. I cannot believe it was offered to customers in this condition. The next Shell station restroom I visited was in West Jordan, UT. The restroom was indicated as "not working" because they didn't have hand soap. It was an emergency situation so I used it anyway (using my own hand wipes instead of soap). I would think putting more soap in the dispenser would be a simple solution, but apparently not. And, in addition, this bathroom was also very dirty. I will never stop at a Shell station again with the thought of using restrooms. read more

Shell stations are normally pretty nice, but this place is in bad shape. The bathroom looks like it could be in a Saw movie, and the store just looks rundown. My girlfriend said she wanted to cry after using that restroom. There was pee on the floor, on the seat, and even on the toilet paper. Plus, the gas is still more expensive than most other stations in the area. In fact, the only reason this place isn't at a one star is because the clerk was quick and polite. Worst experience ever! We made this a pit stop on our travel (14hrs on the road). Just as pulling in we got a flat. No biggie, right? My kids had the use the restroom and my newborn baby needed to be changed. So I went inside to ask for the restroom, but before even asking; the attendant said no restroom. Then I said well at least let me change my kids, and his counterpart said we don't accommodate children. Terrible! They didn't even look me in the eyes. Afterwards, as my husband was changing the flat, the attendant kept walking out to check on us. As if we were gonna blow up the damn place. I swear this gas station gives me the heebie jeebies. I always avoid this station because of the uneasy feeling I get there but I recently had a flat tire and HAD to pull over here. Just had the worst experience from this gas station. The employee here refused selling me gas. I was trying to fill a gas can and he flat out told me to go somewhere else..go across the street he said. No explanation nothing then when I tried to talk with him he disregard me and started talking to another customer like I wasn't there. The other customers was concerned about the price advertised is not what he paid so he refunded the difference. How can a gas station refuse service what if my car broke down and I had my kids stranded on the side of the road .. do you think shell would take responsibility for this guy's actions if something happens to them.
