Gas station pump card reader broken without sign indicating as such. Went into store and was told the machine was broken, I couldn't fill up as I had to prepay by credit card and thus had to give a dollar amount. I asked if they could put a sign on the pump so customers wouldn't go through the same frustration I did. Then the lady told me I could go to a different pump and fill up by credit card. So, moved the car, got the pump started and sat in the car. (20 degrees outside!). She shut the pump off. I figured - fluke- and started it again, then got back in the car. She stopped it again. This time, she said over the loudspeaker that I had to stay with the vehicle. Umm... Clearly the car is at the pump, so if I'm in the car, I'm staying with the vehicle. She clarifies- at the pump. No "ma'am", no apologies, no semblance of customer service. The guy opposite my pump said "wow- what a b*t&$." Yeah, wouldn't suggest anyone go here! read more
