I called M&W at a friend's recommendation and they got me an appointment for later that day. They called me back around 90 minutes after dropping my truck off and said it was finished! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and informative, and the work they did was fairly priced and solid! Aaron even texted me to ask how things were going after I'd had a couple days to drive around. My car stalled on the highway about an hour and 40 minutes from my home. I called this company and they stated they would have someone else was possible but up to 45 minutes to an hour. I express the severity of my situation because my car was very close to being hit by highway traffic. They were there in like 30 minutes. My driver was Devin. He was a kind young man who made me feel safe and he was very courteous. We talked about life and our spouses and families and it was like I was driving back home with somebody I've known. I have had car trouble in the past and most of the time in the middle of the night it's the scariest thing you can imagine especially as a woman. 100 plus miles and I only had to call my partner to check in once. Usually I spend the entire ride on the phone. I say this because the way that he described the company I feel like everyone I talk to in the process of doing this made me feel cared about. If you ever need to do roadside assistance last minute in the middle of the night definitely give them a call. 10/10
