If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My friend and I stopped here today, 12/2/2025, around 6:00pm. We went to try and figure out how to pump the gas, and struggled a bit. A guy supposedly named Mark came out and was doing trash. He mentioned that the pumps were confusing, so I was like "oh yea, it was showing me a blank screen." I handed him my friends card because I was under the impression that he was going to help me. He snarkily responded "I'll just let you guys figure it out on your own then." My friend then took her card back and I went inside to the cashier to ask for an amount on a pump. When I went back outside, he started harassing me, antagonizing me, intimidating me and instigating things. He was talking disrespectful to me and my friend, and had then started using a nasty tone and said horrific things to me. I told him that he can stop harassing me and that I have his name. He threatened to do whatever with our license plate even though he made us two women feel unsafe as I was pumping gas in the dark. He then said I was not welcomed back into the store even and started arguing with me over who was being disrespectful. I had not opened my mouth until it was to defend myself because he made me feel extremely unsafe and was being nasty for no reason. So, I went inside and asked the other guy for corporate number or the general manager. I am not sure if I truly talked to the manager, but supposedly his name is Dale. But when I got in the store, "Mark" was talking extremely horrendous about me and my friend and said "oh, look, they came in here even though I said they were niot welcome." I went in solely to talk to the manager. I will be calling this place tomorrow and escalating this to corporate as he has now made me and my friend feel extremely UINSAFE and I refuse to allow this to happen to another woman. He was mad that my friend had taken her card back and then just raised his voice belittling and degrading me. Gladly, I won't be coming back here anyway because I am out of town, but the disrespect to two VULNERABLE women pumping gas is not okay. I do not deserve to fear for my life BY THE EMPLOYEE. read more

Extremely helpful and kind attendant! My daughter unexpectedly started her period. The gentleman working was, kind, thoughtful, and made an embarrassing situation easier on my child. Thank you!!!! This happened during summer When to go get $10 in gas told the guy in the cowboy hat $10 in gas he filled my tank with $40 something cause he thought I said fill Up. had to wait for the manager to get there being nice about it explaining it. And they refuse to give me the refund of the difference. If they wanted to siphen it out of the vehicle to give the refund. I told him it wasn't my mistake. And I am not allowed to pump my own gas in Oregon. So I told them I was going to get the cops involved. Told dispatch I wouldn't be there when the cops got there because I had to go pick up my medicine before the place closes. So the cop really didn't do much about it. But my bank did put the money back into my account. Go back in there 2-3 months later. Tells me I'm banned for calling the cops on them. Telling me it was a double edgesword. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it wasn't my car and they put me in the hole in my bank. read more

I just wanted gas. State of Oregon had lifted the "pump your own" rule and full service is required under law. The guy was not starting tanks in order of arrival, and came to me first. I told him the driver ahead of me should be first. So he took care of her, and another, and another, and another. I went into the store to pay there and have the woman behind the counter to allow me to pump. I had to wait in line in the store - six ahead of me and no one wore masks. The woman ahead of me in line said the guy handling pumps didn't understand English, but he was talking with every English speaking person. As I was getting to the front of the line, the guy approached my husband. By then I was more than miffed. Several people had come and gone from the pumps. My husband yelled for me to come back to the car. Irritated me. I gave up my spot in line to go speak with him because he didn't want to come inside since no one was wearing masks. A second man, older and trying to look like a cowboy, was about to start his work shift and started talking down to me. Nicely, but in a "little lady" kind of way. Made me angrier. Instead of getting what I wanted, I got something just to get out of there. And the cowboy wanted me to come around the pump so he could show me "something". I said no. I got back into the car, and the cowboy kept talking down to me with platitudes like, "your day will get better." Usually a nice thing to say, but not to someone that you keep talking down to, marginalizing and treating like a "little lady." This all happened 5 days ago. I wanted to wait before saying anything. I want to be reasonable. But after 5 days, the experience continues to make me mad. After reading all the other women who have been treated badly, me experience is not the worst one, but this place definitely has a problem with treatment of women. read more

This station has the rudest person I've ever seen in a service position. The way he treated the senior lady was appalling. If one of my kids ever talked to their elders like that, there would have been discipline for sure. More like poor service station than service station. I will never be back. Shameful! read more

I would give this place no stars if I could! This morning I went to get gas and when I pulled up to one of their stations, a man walked up to me and I said "15 regular please" and gave him my card. He then started talking and I realized he couldn't speak English, which is completely fine, however I wanted to speak to someone who can speak English so they could understand what I was saying and I could understand them. I was thinking about going into the store to get someone, however a guy that could speech English walked over to the station to help me right away. The guy asked me what I wanted and I said "15 regular please" and he gave me my card back, however maybe 20 seconds later he asked for my card back because I guess it didn't work, which is fine and I gave him my card with no problem. After he was done pumping my gas he gave me the receipt, I looked at the receipt and they filled up my tank! I was angry! I only had $20 in my bank account! I walked in their and told them they filled my tank up when I only asked for $15 dollars worth. I was first greeted nicely but then this lady started to accuse me of lying! And just started arguing back and forth non stop. She would not let me finish a single sentence! She was completely and utterly disrespectful. Since I only had $20 in my bank account I told her I was unable to pay for it so she then replied to me "If you don't want to pay for it then we are going to pump it OUT of your tank". This was the craziest and stupidest thing I have ever heard. I had to ask my father for money because of this gas stations dumb mistake! Let me tell you I would like my $33 dollars back! I asked for $15 dollars worth of gas and ended up with a bill of $48 because some employees could not listen correctly! The lady was the one who pissed me off the most because she had no respect whatsoever! How did she even get the job exactly?! read more

Jordan at the pump station is a hell of a guy! Not only did he have a smile on his face, but he was a fantastic conversationalist and I'm pretty sure I saw him flip the gas nozzle as if he was a professional mixologist! Best fill up ever read more

Wow the people are rude there. There gas pump failed and shot gas all over. We were inside and getting food and they said it was our fault. How is this when they are the ones pumping the gas since we are not allowed to. Keep driving!! read more

I had such a horrible experience here. The people were rude and unwilling to help. We gave the attendant $20.00 for gas and not a drop went in the car. Then, after barely making it home, i called the manager and tried to get some money back. It took them way longer than it should to locate an envelop with my name on it, not to mention how rude the lady was behind the counter was. I will NEVER go here again. read more
