The overnight guy is out at night constantly sweeping, picking up litter, or shoveling. The store always smells of fabuloso. Everything is always neat and in place. I live very close to here and I frequent this place quite regularly. Like I said, the fact that they build relationships with the regulars is so important. Look KWikTrip is smart to have locations on both sides of any street as you exit or enter the highway (Beltline) for Madison but it's confusing for Yelping purposes. Just know in 2020... with covid, in effect, I started patronizing these locations and the chain way more than ever. Plus, with the collegiates having this location and the campus Camp Randall location it's actually stress less to just give the kids a gift card and bam... they can feed themselves. Buy junk and get gas plus some groceries. Win for all. They are on Uber Eats and I think Door dash but either way the smoothie machine works here. #Thankful.

Seems nice at first but when I saw this certainly a little disabled heavy set woman complain that there was no syrup in the soda and she said if someone could come help her. The lady "manager" said she'd call someone, the disabled woman said she's been standing in line (and yes this cashier manager lady was super slow. So she begins to explain the policy as to why she can't leave the register and get her ice cream the disabled lady is told she has to wait for the line to die down or another employee to come. Which took another whole 5 minutes. People are yelling at the poor woman cause she won't hurry up (the disabled lady) and even call her a B word all simply because of the lack of professionalism and customer services this employee gave. I was late to my class and wasn't able to take my exam and now have to make up for all that because of a silly attendant in Kwik Trip. I guess is happens but 3X by the same person. I started filling the tank and noticed a large hole in the hose after it spayed my right leg and soaked my Italian loafers with gas, ruing my shoes. I ran into the store and was verbally assaulted by the employee, first reprimanding me for failing to turn off the pump when I had stopped filling the car before I ran into the store, yet gas was still spraying 2 feet in front of the car. I told him I wasn't paying for the large amount of gas on the ground and he said"F*** You, Yes You Are". I said "no I'm not, I want a refund for the gas that sprayed out of the hole in your damaged hose", to which he responded, "You Can Go F***Yourself". We then both started yelling obscenities while I have gas on my leg and shoe. He told me repeatedly to "Go F*** Myself" and he walked off flipping me the middle finger with both hands. The driver of the car owns two businesses & witnessed everything and was appalled by his abuse and disrespectful words and actions. I took photos of the pump with the hole in the hose clearly visible, the huge gas PUDDLE of GAS extending 7 feet long by 4 feet wide on the ground, and a photo of the employee. We drove to my friends home and I called the fire department and they sent a crew out to clean up the gas spill. I intend on notifying the police department to obtain a police report, and the WI State Attorney General's Office as well as the 12 web sites I am registered with, and I will posting photos if I am not compensated for my gas loss due to BP's defective equipment and for the cost of my Italian loafers. I will not tolerate being abused by anyone nor ripped off on a gas purchase. Unlike the moronic poney tailed male employee, I have 3 college degrees, own a $2 million business, and hold professional licenses in 3 states. If I spoke to any client and ripped them off on a purchase, I would be brought before the State Boards and lose my licenses to practice. I expect an apology, financial compensation for the gas that did not go into my friend tank, and the foul mouthed employee to be fired. My friend is willing to attest the employee was the first one to curse, and you get back from me what you send out. You curse @ me and I will stand my ground & curse back, because that is the only language ignorant uneducated morons relate to. Not sure if it's a shift in the quality of people living around it, or the horrible managment, but this location has become really dirty. Literally people were dealing drugs in the parking lot, a homeless guy harassed me the entire time I was pumping gas, and some random lady came up and asked if she could get a ride from me. I didn't go inside this visit (just got out of there as fast as possible), but it seems pretty bad if you read the other reviews. Convenient or not, I'll go to Kwik Trip from now on-this place is lost.
