I get there's a lot of rude people but few of the times I realized it wasn't the guest it was the lady at the register. Short glasses brunette with sort of a lazy eyes. Seems nice at first but when I saw this certainly a little disabled heavy set woman complain that there was no syrup in the soda and she said if someone could come help her. The lady "manager" said she'd call someone, the disabled woman said she's been standing in line (and yes this cashier manager lady was super slow. Talking a lot and telling people things about kwik trip policy that nobody cares about. What we wanna do is pay and go. So she begins to explain the policy as to why she can't leave the register and get her ice cream the disabled lady is told she has to wait for the line to die down or another employee to come. Which took another whole 5 minutes. People are yelling at the poor woman cause she won't hurry up (the disabled lady) and even call her a B word all simply because of the lack of professionalism and customer services this employee gave. I was late to my class and wasn't able to take my exam and now have to make up for all that because of a silly attendant in Kwik Trip. I guess is happens but 3X by the same person. Super unprofessional definitely don't come here in the evening.

I asked if some would be coming soon.. told me all microwave were being used.. that was 10. Am.. went and got lawn mowed and trimmed.. now it's 1pm.. I called Kwik Trip big lake to see if soup was out... nope still no soup... Did then go and get her soup at Coborns... On my way home was stopping at Becker kwik trip to get the butter they have on sale... they now had 3 soups done... This for a brand new store with a ton of people coming in... awesome job Becker... I let the clerk know and she went on the defensive, blaming the "morning crew" for the empty soap bins and saying the paper was stocked but the printer frequently jams. I was looking for a "We'll look into that" type of response but understand this is not something one can expect from a low-wage, probably overworked 7 Eleven employee. When I left the store my husband--still in line to pay for the Slurpee--saw the clerk walk over to another employee who was actually helping customers and heard her call me a crazy b!$@&. I understand the need to complain about customers, but in front of other customers? Really?

At 7 pm 6-3-23, I was a passenger in a Subaru Impreza and my 74 year old female companion pulled…read moreinto the BP gas station located at 318 Park St., Madison, WI. I started filling the tank and noticed a large hole in the hose after it spayed my right leg and soaked my Italian loafers with gas, ruing my shoes. I ran into the store and was verbally assaulted by the employee, first reprimanding me for failing to turn off the pump when I had stopped filling the car before I ran into the store, yet gas was still spraying 2 feet in front of the car. I told him I wasn't paying for the large amount of gas on the ground and he said"F*** You, Yes You Are". I said "no I'm not, I want a refund for the gas that sprayed out of the hole in your damaged hose", to which he responded, "You Can Go F***Yourself". We then both started yelling obscenities while I have gas on my leg and shoe. He told me repeatedly to "Go F*** Myself" and he walked off flipping me the middle finger with both hands. The driver of the car owns two businesses & witnessed everything and was appalled by his abuse and disrespectful words and actions. I took photos of the pump with the hole in the hose clearly visible, the huge gas PUDDLE of GAS extending 7 feet long by 4 feet wide on the ground, and a photo of the employee. We drove to my friends home and I called the fire department and they sent a crew out to clean up the gas spill. I intend on notifying the police department to obtain a police report, and the WI State Attorney General's Office as well as the 12 web sites I am registered with, and I will posting photos if I am not compensated for my gas loss due to BP's defective equipment and for the cost of my Italian loafers. I will not tolerate being abused by anyone nor ripped off on a gas purchase. Unlike the moronic poney tailed male employee, I have 3 college degrees, own a $2 million business, and hold professional licenses in 3 states. If I spoke to any client and ripped them off on a purchase, I would be brought before the State Boards and lose my licenses to practice. I expect an apology, financial compensation for the gas that did not go into my friend tank, and the foul mouthed employee to be fired. My friend is willing to attest the employee was the first one to curse, and you get back from me what you send out. You curse @ me and I will stand my ground & curse back, because that is the only language ignorant uneducated morons relate to. Particularly with ignorant uneducated filthy mouthed lowlifes who disrespect the people who pay their wages.
