I think the prices are reasonable and their fruit bowls save my life. You never have to struggle for parking which is also great. Only problem I had here was one time I visited here at like 6am and left my wallet on the counter by the register. In line behind me there were two individuals in line. I came back about four minutes later and went to the same register (only register open because its 6am) and asked the teller did she see a wallet I had just left...she responds saying no. I ask her is there a manager or anyone I can talk to that can maybe pull footage since I know exactly when and where I lost my wallet..she wasn't much help. Stated no manager was on site and stated nothing was left (but I knew I left it there). I loved that MK wallet but luckily my major cards were all in my pocket. The follow up/support/knowledge on how to handle situations like that could be better. I could have called the cops or something, but I did not. I left my contact info but no one ever reached out. Other than this experience, I have enjoyed this location!

Lately they just cannot get my order right. Every week I am calling for refunds after they omit items, sub items without informing me, or they give me terrible quality items. One time they packed my bread UNDER the bag of apples, another I rec'd cabbage instead of lettuce, and in another I rec'd cilantro instead of parsley. I love their pharmacy but the rest of the store is horrible for the delivery service. Just today there were 3 items omitted. I cannot shop like this anymore and will be changing my store. This is so disappointing because they used to be so good.

The seafood section was incredible (and I don't even eat seafood). The employees were nice. I visited on the early afternoon. The strip mall has unusual characters in the evening. Whoever designed the parking lot wasn't thinking about people leaving in a logical manner. Be careful as you exit.

A huge section of the store is dedicated to selling junk. The store was grossly understaffed. They only had the self-checkout open until they finally opened one register. I don't think we will be going there again soon because the shopping experience wasn't worth the discount.

I honestly had no idea it was here and when I searched for nearby grocery stores while out the other day, I ended up here. The one thing that I do have to say about this location is that it is not easy to navigate. Unless you want to go up and down every single aisle. I came in here with a list of things, some of which would have been near each other, but for some reason were not near each other. It took me some time to grab the items I needed, even with trying to see the signs above each aisle and their general information board. Took me a bit longer than I would have liked. Of course I used the self checkout on my way out. Out in my vehicle I was back out on the road in no time. Would stop again, or maybe make it a quick stop on my commute home when using the Metro.

I've been a loyal customer of this Yes! Market location for about 10 years, which is why this…read moreexperience was so disappointing. During my recent visit, I was the only customer in line. As the cashier. (GOON who's the manager) finished scanning my groceries, he pushed them toward me and said it was "best for customers to bag their own groceries." This was surprising because, in all my years shopping here, employees have always bagged my groceries. It wasn't that I couldn't bag them myself--it was the dismissive way it was communicated that left a negative impression. The interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming, as though helping customers was an inconvenience. Good customer service isn't just about completing a transaction; it's about how customers are treated. Long-time customers notice when the level of service changes. I reached out to management to share my concerns in hopes of receiving an explanation or acknowledgment, but I have not received a response. That lack of follow-up has been just as disappointing as the original experience. I will continue to support businesses that value their customers and provide respectful, consistent service. I hope this location takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience.
