There's a great drive through car wash at this shell station. Attendants there to spray off the bugs before you drive in. Highly recommend

This was a fuel stop and car wash and vac. All in one swoop. But there is no store here so no sodas or chips. If you do the pay auto wash you can use the free vacuums. The machine wash was very good and the owner sprays down all sides and wheels before you roll. Nice. No tip needed. All on you to finish wipe. read more

Came in for gas and the automatic car wash. Bottom line: First class facility. We have been traveling northern Colorado for a week so our Jeep was pretty dirty from trails, etc. A very friendly attendant came out and helped me login with my code when you drive up and she then did a pre-wash with soap, sponge and a pressure cleaner. Her thorough pre-cleaning helped immensely because our SUV was very dirty to say the least. The automatic car wash did the rest and the Jeep came out looking fantastic. With purchase of any tier wash you can use the vacuums for free for 20 mins which was perfect for the inside. Thank you to the staff for saving our car LOL. Highly recommend this facility if you need a quick, but well done car wash (and gas too!). read more

This is a pretty lousy gas station. I come here when I am on this side of town and I need to fill up because it does advertise it sells a Shell product. I have never once entered the building, or seen any sort of proprietor or person working there. So reading some of the other reviews, I was sort of shocked that there were actually people on the premises ! I've never seen them. The gas pumps the slowest I have ever observed. I timed it the last time because I was super bored waiting and waiting and waiting and it was close to 1 gallon per minute. So if you need 15 gallons of gas, that means he will sit there for 15 minutes while the gas trickles into your tank. read more

I drove up to the self-serve car wash and began emptying the trash out of my vehicle into the nearby trashcan, per normal. Just as I finished putting my garbage into the can the owner/manager came out in accosted me for putting too many things in the garbage. (I could fit it all in ONE hand, mind you). Really? I have a sub-compact car and even if it was filled to the brim with refuse, I sincerely doubt it would be overtaxing his trashcan situation. In fact. he said I could only use the trash if I filled up with gas or used the wash. I had intended to do both. I left without doing either. What a ridiculous little man. The ONLY time I've seen someone manning the place, and he behaves like an arse. I actually drove right next door to Sinclair. They have a huge market, well-working pumps, and a team that was actually helpful and polite... Don't support this business, I promise you they don't value your patronage! read more

Please don't patronize this business. I agree with Frank C. and Derek W. After spending nearly a month in the CO backcountry my truck was dirty, but just normal road dirt and dust, nothing that would affect the operation of the car wash machinery or drains. After washing my truck for 15 minutes in the self serve, the attendant/owner/manager, whoever, came out and asked if I was "...washing it?" Talk about understating the obvious. When I said "well, yeah", he said I couldn't do that, I was making other people wait. I looked around and there was one car in the auto wash and one car in one of the three self serve bays. I said, "But no one's waiting" and he said "well you're taking too long." I was pretty upset, especially since I still had one of his $1 tokens left. I guess this guy really doesn't need the money. I drove out to the drying area (not interfering with the one other car out there that was parked incorrectly). After about five minutes a large van drove into the bay I had been in. Since I was now trying to get my truck semi clean with dry rags, I timed him. He spent an hour on his van, and the owner who was all over the place never said a word to the guy. The owner has way too much time on his hands and obviously doesn't need the money. If you have a dirty car in Estes Park, please drive down to Loveland or Fort Collins where the people are friendly and actually want your business. Before I leave town I'm going to stop by and give this guy his worthless token back. read more

The car wash offers three different wash is ranging from $8 to $15.99. The car wash employee or owner was standing in the drive up and would not allow me to purchase the least expensive wash. He insisted I buy the most expensive wash $15.99 or would not let me purchase. I told him I wanted the $8.00 wash as advertised and he said no. This is price gouging and not sure it's legal. He refused to move so I could make my purchase unless I bought the most expensive one. So I backed up and left. Later spoke with a local and he told me the man always does this to tourists. Best $12 wash I have ever had. Owner washed mud off SUV at hand wash area. Then into auto wash, where he completely scrubbed the car before going through. After I went through the auto wash and dryer, he hand dried the car. read more

Was not sure based on the only other review, but after driving 1,500 miles through an eastern Colorado dust storm and snow around Dillion, Colorado, decided to get the SUV washed before leaving for home and I was very pleasantly surprised to have the gentleman working the wash that morning spray a pre-wash, then after going through the automatic wash, was getting ready to pull out only to have him motion me to wait while he went over each window etc. with a drying cloth.
