Overall, if you need to stop for some beer or chips on the way back to your home or motel, it's not a bad place to get done what you need to get done. If you don't mind driving another two minutes out of your way, however, hit up the Safeway in Stanley Village for better prices and selection.

Today was my last use of the Pharmacy. I had been going there for some time for my dogs meds. When I went up to the pharmacists window I showed the GoodRx screen and asked if I needed to show it now or when I pick up. The tech got hot and said they don't take it because they sell customer information. They mentioned they have a card where they will match the pharmacy in grocery store that is next door. I was stunned after the rant. I did have them fill my last order ($22!) but GoodRx showed about $8.20. I walked next store and move my prescription there AND they had no issue with GoodRx. I'll be saving a lot in the future.

The store has the feeling of a well-stocked local liquor store. Prices for beer were as expected, liquor seemed a little higher than I'm used to in Texas, also not unexpected in a small mountain town. The owner was quite friendly and helpful. I visited during COVID-19 so I never saw his face. But, he had smiley eyes and assisted me in finding several items I needed. Our group was curious about local craft beers and found a decent selection from the four local breweries and from Avery Brewing in Boulder, of which we are also fans. The store is conveniently located on the west end of town, not far from where we were staying. Had a great experience!
