Second visit was when the original wrap needed replacing after 6 years. Again I got to pick a color that appealed to me which looked just like the original wrap. They had a hard time getting old wrap off of the roof and worked late to get it done before my rental went into its fourth day. It still looks a little odd with the dichromate bumper but I still like it that way. Now my six year old Prius looks brand new again. I shared that I wanted something that looked like it had always been part of the house and wasn't an afterthought. He took that to heart and executed amazingly. We wanted to be able to reduce the glare and heat from the afternoon, western sun and also wanted to create some privacy on the northern side of our patio that faced neighbors. The patio shades did both and we've received numerous compliments from family and friends. We even realized after installation (and a few weeks after having our new fence installed) that we needed to remove a railing and wanted to change the length of one of the shades to increase our privacy. After viewing the company websites and reading recent reviews on Yelp, I decided NOVUS was the best option. Being a busy person, I don't have time to go and wait in a waiting room while the work was done. Instead, I needed to have the glass technician come to my home and install on site. In communication with the NOVUS scheduler, they were very pleasant and willing to work with me on arranging a time that fit my schedule. During the heat of the summer, they explained they schedule home replacements only during the morning hours. We arranged for a date about a week and a half away, which I felt was reasonable. On the scheduled day, the tech called me when he was on his way. WIthin a short time, he arrived with a partner. They parked adjacent to the car, and said they'd let me know when the installation was complete. Within the hour, they advised they were done. There were specific instructions to follow regarding care of the new windshield. These included removing the outside tape at a specific time and leaving a side window slightly open to reduce air pressure when doors were closed for the first day. This was explained very clearly so there was no confusion on my part. The customer care was very friendly and their installation was professional. No worries from me as to the quality.
