Racist. They are disrespectful to all customers, I've personally witnessed a gas clerk disrespecting a customer that was talking about fuel prices in New York, the customer was so polite and respectful but the shell employee was so nasty and disrespectful. Saying stuff like "oh if my boss knew you said that stuff he wouldn't let you in here" I mean goodness! Why is the owner allowing the employee to work here if they can't even talk to customers in a nice manner! The customer didn't even mention their gas prices but ones of in New York! I guess if you go to a shell, you have to keep your mouth shut and not say a single word otherwise they will try to reprimand you in their own sick twisted ways. I'm already going to contact Shell Corporate because I personally have a fleet company that uses Shell and I will happily go use other fuel provider for my commercial account if there is disrespect like that! So went there with my fiancé & daughter after going to the Dallas World Aquarium. While I got gas at this Shell off Lovers, my fiancé & daughter went in to grab snacks. On their way out my fiancé caught the attendant working there following them out. He had just checked them out & walked really fast I get behind my daughter while they left & then he was noticeable hunched over to grab her butt but was caught by my fiancé as he turned cuz felt someone way too close! The attendant tried to play it off when he got caught & it all happened as they were leaving. They were on their way out so came to the car to not make a scene & put my daughter in with me then he went back to confront the guy who was still at the door staring at my daughter! Was crazy & took everything in my fiancé to not destroy the guy. We didn't see any cameras or we would have called the police or even gone crazy on the guy but the guy played dumb & who knows what cops could do with no video proof. NEED cameras & keep your kids close in there. Crazy how bluntly he did it! I'm not done with this though. read more

I am sadden to write about my experience at this gas station last night .i feel terrible and hurt by the incident. I work at European wax center right next door I come here all the time . This particular time I was racially profiled by the guy who worked the counter last night . He's fairly young ...maybe 36-40 . Has curly hair and brown skin . I came in the store earlier during my shift to get water and snacks . The exchange happened and I went back to work . I came again when I was off work around 8:30 pm and I grabbed some canned beer . I went to the counter to put down the beer and I had my water from earlier which I half way drank and set it on the counter because I walked straight from work and still had my water with me that was HALF WAY FULL . So he proceeds to ring up my beer then he asked was I getting the water too . I said no this is MY water ! Plus in my head I'm thinking it's half way full and this guy seen me come in earlier to grab my snacks and water for work . He asked again are you getting the water I continued to say it's my water ! He asked "what store did you get it from " I asked him what did he mean ? Because at this point I am very confused . He asked again and raised his voice at me asking "what store did you get it from ????" Where did you get it from . I said this is my water i literally came in here 3 hours ago !!!!!!! He was like yeah but where did you get it . He said "do I no Understand question" . I said sir I understand what a question is it's just I'm not answering it and I want my beer IMMEDIATELY. I know this guy remembers me from earlier I literally wear scrubs and I'm a black women how could you not remember me again especially being off lovers lane !!!!!! Then why is he interrogating me about water I bought from him 3 hours ago that's half way full . So he said whatever whatever with a attitude and finally rang up my beer . I've never been so humiliated in my life !!!! I am a African American women and I know what it feels like to be profiled . That's exactly what happened . So once I get in my car I realized it was a HOLE In my beer can and it was leaking everywhere!! I did not see a hole before I went to the counter . I felt like this guy was capable of poking a hole in my beer as well . I'm in distress about this and will be contacting corporate as well . This store will never receive any of my money again . Wanted to give zero stars...went there because all of my tires were low. Pulled up to the full serve area. There were 3 guys in the garage doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...except one was texting. Honked my horn...nobody moved. Got out of my car and filled my own f'n tires. Tried to ask for a tire gauge, but no one would even acknowledge me! Never going back here!! Do not even stop here. We live around the corner so it is just way too convenient at times. However, every time we do we end up mad at ourselves.
