If I could rate this store negatively I would. The staff at this location are racist. This store is primarily Hispanic. I used to go to this store DAILY, multiple times throughout the day in fact. As I work nearby. On my last visit, I was caught up in an altercation due to a conversation that three employees were having about "wetbacks"...which I PROUDLY responded I AM...I am a U.S. MEXICAN AMERICAN...but I will be damned if I allow anyone to disrespect my race. The employee then took it to a whole other level and continued her rant, because it was offensive to her that I told her to take that conversation to the break room so that people of my race...would not have to listen to her disrespect us while we shop at this racist store. I went ahead and left called Corporate because I felt the need to report this incident and was advised that their DM would be returning my call...which he did. Almost had me convinced...but now I see it was just to sweep me under the rug. Well no, that is not OK RaceTrac. It is not OK to treat customers the way YOU do. You have now lost a customer and I will let EVERYONE know to shop elsewhere...well at least if you're Hispanic. read more

The store is locked at 5 am and 6 am in the morning but on the door it states that they are open 24 hours the staff here at this location is very rude and doesn't like to communicate at all if you can avoid this location p avoid it at all cost. read more

WORST STORE EVER!!!! HIRE NEW WORKERS !!! i'm not racist but they ARE!! as i was coming out of the restroom the workers were standing in the cashier as they were laughing and eating chips, they yelled at me and told me i wasn't able to use their restroom after i had already used it, then they started talking shit to me. My boyfriend then goes and looks around to see what snacks he wanted to buy and the workers screamed at him telling him if he is going to buy something or not, then the security guy approached my boyfriend and told him the same thing if he is buying something as my boyfriend said yes i am , im looking around right now! we left after that. such bad behavior and hopes they get fired. customers don't deserve to be treated this way especially if we're spending OUR cash there! i seen nothing but bad reviews at this store maybe SUPERVISORS need to fire everyone and hire nice profesional people has been this way here for over 8 years according to the reviews! read more

I just made it in to work, which risking being late is the only reason I didn't stay and write this review at the gas pump. The facility is clean and the store is nice. The employees though, were absolutely unbelievable! I have never seen such unprofessional behavior with an intentional lack of care in my life! When I walked in the line was stretched to the doors because only one no person was at the register. A few minutes later a male attendant walks out with his cell phone on speaker (loud) under his shirt and his shirt pulled up so it wouldn't fall from his shoulder and was having a full conversation swearing and everything. The manager comes out from the back and she is the worst one. Talking out loud about how we the customers are pissing her off and being rude and short. I messed up at the pump after imm no paid and selected the wrong grace of gas. After going inside and in a hurry not to be late I asked if we could remedy the situation and she said " damn Nigga what the bell you want me to do about it. Damn wait your ads in the back of the line Nigga." In all my years and my whole Life in an infuriating deals withmm no people I have never had such an interaction . When she told me that my transaction was cancelled and it would be 3 days to get my money back and went to pay again she knew I was concerned about spending that much money now that I had to pay for a full tank again. In the end I told her calling me the N word was rude and she called me a few more names not appropriate for this review and cancelled my transaction again so I would be out another $30 in all I spent $80 and was called Nigga 4 times!!! HORRIBLE experience at this gas station. I have never encountered such rude employees with any company before. The woman cleaning the bathroom would not let my pregnant and sick friend into the bathroom. She stated, "there's no tissue paper in there right now". When I explained it was an emergency she replied, "well I've gotta pee too so she can wait". I would absolutely recommend skipping this gas station and heading to the next! read more

When I came in, 3 gentleman were seated at the counter where you can eat what you've purchased. They were obviously on lunch break: they all had dayglo green safety vests on, and all 3 of them had Tupperware in front of them. Apparently, they brought their own lunch, and had come to race trac to heat it up in the microwave. It did not appear as if they had made any kind of purchase, they were just enjoying their own food, having a leisurely conversation. I purchased a fountain water for $0.27 and sat next to them. A few minutes later, as i was sitting quietly, writing in a small notepad, when the manager came over and told me i had about 10 more minutes and then i had to go. When the10 minutes were up, i left, noting that the 3 gentleman who were there before me, and had not purchased anything(to my knowledge) were still sitting there, conversing. They had not been asked to leave. Once again, double standard. I am homeless, therefore, they are "better" than me, they don't want my kind there apparently. Karma catches up to people like that eventually, however, sometimes in the form of poor yelp reviews! read more
