Love this location because it is easy to get in and out of. Join their reward club and you get some great perks. This morning the clerk at the register was super friendly and welcoming. She made me feel valued and it was a great start to my day. They have a great selection of snacks and beverages inside and their gas pump area was clean and well maintained. read more

Needed an emergency potty stop. They are open (unlike a local restaurant that was allegedly open) & the loo was clean.

The manager named Kindle at this location was very helpful and patient. I just loved my experience.

This is one poorly managed gas station. Lazy employees. They do nothing but sit up front and run their mouths. Coffee bar creamer is always empty. No sense of urgency to refill Or assist. Go the extra mile to Quick Trip cuz Race Trac employees won't go the extra mile for their own establishment. read more

The coffee and pastries were exceptional. The perfect start to my day. I'll be back soon to get more

I have been coming here for a year now and have never received a receipt from a pump station when I request it every time.

Gas is ok- doesn't last long though. Maybe this explains why the prices are low. I usually don't use it but I was running out of gas and it was the closest option read more

Cheapest gas around and that is all I wanted. 5 stars! Jingle bell rock - 5 stars! Merry Xmas read more

RaceTrac - Racetrac fuk ya - Gas Stations Near Me - Dallas, Texas

The gas here was cheap, and there are plenty of pumps but they are crazy busy, and pulling out to get to the other side of the road you have to travel down a bit to make a upturn which was not easy to do. I stopped here to fuel a rental car before returning it to the airport, so it's conveniently located to do that, but cross your fingers when you leave the parking lot. read more

I've never gone inside this gas station, but it's been hard for me to find reasonably priced unleaded gas here in Dallas where I feel relatively safe. The station has a lot of lighting, so it's bright. I've never had a problem here and it has been worth the few extra minutes out of my way. read more

Dirty, small, and stinky gas station. Lacking most of the common RaceTrac items. Didn't feel safe.

I've been coming here for 3 years as I live across the street. There has been at least 5 different managers in that time. Each one is worse than before. The latest manager addition is by far the rudest hired. He is a power hungry queen and walks around like he's got a point to make. He bosses everyone around bangs on the window to employees outside so disrespectful and for no reason. Watch the team quit real quick. I wouldn't blame them. Hopefully senior management replaces the morning manager asap!! Other customers also have left with me with a bad taste in our mouth. As a manager, he should try to be positive. We start are day here with GAS and coffee. Please don't be such a sour puss. Your negativity drains our tanks real quick. 9/25/23 Accurate Review. read more

Smells of weed. Absolutely no fountain drinks working and tea has been setting for what smells like days. You tell the attendant and I guess she is high as a kite. Go anywhere else but here. read more

Terrible store. They always lock the doors and look at you while you're standing at the door trying to get in.

The manager's actions changed my sisters life. Her bus broke down in the middle of 99° heat and the manager + staff kindly gifted students water and ice. read more

I have stopped at this RaceTrac many times for fuel and a pit stop... for some reason certain employees feel it is not their job to maintain a clean and open restroom. February 25th 2020 at 8 read more

This gas stop should be rated much higher (in my opinion). I periodically fill up at this location and I do so with ease. My interaction with the clerks is more frequent as I stop in 3-4 times a week for my favorite lemonade and sweet tea (half and half) for buck and some change. I love their version of crushed ice at the fountain. I find the store to be relatively clean day or night. The staff is ALWAYS courteous. They've even become familiar with my purchase (half and half) and on a couple of occasions comped me my beverage. On a recent occasion I was entering the ramp for north bound traffic of the Dallas North Tollway. It was late in the evening but somehow someone driving a vehicle with sharp metal debris dropped the material that consequently was hazardous enough to pierce two tires on my car. I exited the tollway and made it a few blocks to racetrac. Repair and replace shops were closed. I decided to leave my vehicle, call AAA the next day since the tire shop was just up the road. What really impressed me was that I told the clerk and she said park in front of the door and we will keep an eye on it. While I know she did not stand guard I was confident to leave my car. Kiddos to the crew at this store. You have renewed my faith in humanity. You also have a loyal customer in me. read more

THIS RACETRAC IS TRASH. Never open at night. Long lines during the day, lot is always dirty. I'm writing this review to get someone's attention. Most RaceTrac's are on point! Free air! This one is absolutely terrible and closed every night. For what????? read more

While this store has quite a bit of variety, it is really showing its age and just looks run down. For starters, all the doors are covered in twenty pounds of dirt and grime. When was the last time someone cleaned them?? Oh My Goodness!! They should be wiped down at least once a day, if not 3 times a day on every shift. And since I have seen store associates just standing around staring at the walls, I know they have time to do some cleaning. Which tells us all that this store manager is seriously lacking in direction and proper hygiene for his staff. I placed a call into the store and spoke with a shift manager. She mentioned she would pass along my concern to the stores main manager for follow up, which I thought was fair. Sometimes it is necessary to share feedback directly. They cannot change what they don't know, so time will tell if they get their act together. It would seem like common sense to have a clean environment, but everyone thinks and acts differently. Are the gas prices competitive? They are like all other RaceTrac locations. But I will never stop and use this location. Until they clean up their act. Gross. read more

when my bus broke down we had no a/c and there were 30 kids in the bus, the manager paid for the kids water and some cups and ice. even though I don't remember his name we really appreciate his actions and would recommend a raise for him. thank you!! read more

I have taken my business elsewhere since I was constantly approached for money by people at this gas station at any time of the day or night. After a rattling experience a few weeks ago where a gentleman knocked forcefully and repeatedly on my car window, I decided that I would never return to this gas station. This particular incident occurred when daylight outside, and neither employees or other patrons seemed to be concerned. In my opinion, safety is worth a few extra pennies per gallon. read more

I come here mostly for location convenience. Also, it has one of the lowest prices in the area. Clerks are friendly but long lines to get to them. Beggers are always around which can be a little intimidating when you are a woman and its after dark. read more

Gross nasty bathroom. I felt dirtier going out than I went in to just wash my hands. Yuck...no food or drink items from here.. Yuck

Usually has the best price for gas on Lemmon and the nicest folks working there. Easy to take a left into also if you are heading west on Lemmon! That's a plus for city planning on everyone's part. The one thing that could improve is the squeegee for your windows.... They never have clean water and rarely stock towels to wipe off the excess. This is essential during our mosquito months! read more

Most of the pumps don't work with my credit card or my roommates credit card, have to go in if you want to use it. Also the piece on the pump that is supposed to keep the gas going without holding it doesn't work on some. Challenging gas experience read more

This is Racetrac, it's not QT..which I prefer honestly(their sausage dogs are WAAAAAAAAY better!!!!!). But it's clean, the options are full, and mostly the staff is always courteous. I found a rat feces in a burrito bought at the Plano store . (see photo) The manager found the situation humorous (really? I didn't) but quickly that turned into him rebuking me and lecturing me on the level of feces (filth) allowed in food. The USDA says 'zero' adulterants are allowed in meat products. Well if you need to get anything from the inside of this gas station prepare to wait in a line. I stopped to fill up the tank and decided to grab a tea for the drive home. I nearly turned around and walked out but I was super thirsty. I stood in a line that stretched around 15 ft long. The gentleman at the front of the line were buying around 4 cases of beer as well as 4-2liters. There were about 4 people behind the counter two were in a conversation that was so interesting they were oblivious to the HUGE line of people waiting to check out. The other cashier that decided to open up the other register was apparently mad because she was having to lift a finger and pretty much decided to go as slow as possible to show her contempt for our in store purchases. Finally the other two took a moment away from their conversation to attempt to help slow and slower on the registers. Needless to say this "Race Trac" needs to rename itself because it's anything but what it's name implies. How about Park n Stop?! read more
