I needed assistance and no one ever came out to help me or even pop their head out to ask if I needed assistance. I had my small child in the car and did not want to have to get them all out to go in and grab the attendant. While there another man had to try 3 times to get the pump to run again with out any assistance. Even if you promote self serve you should at the least check on someone who has been on your lot for longer then 5-10mins with out pumping their gas. I come to this location because it is normally very clean and the employees are usually very polite, welcoming, and helpful. However since the self serve they cut back on employeement and their quality of customer service has slacked. Call me old fashioned, but I want to see a human face, have an interaction, see people employeed. I live right down the street and have come here for going on 10 years, but will think twice before giving them my business again.

Everyone used to have their favorite gas station. Come on, admit it! I will admit that I was a Chevron girl. I always filled up with Chevron gas, had the Chevron gas card and was a loyal fan of their product and service. Well, not anymore. Everything is COSTCO. They have the best deal, great service and if you are traveling, a COSTCO store is a great opportunity to get out, stretch, fill up, hit the restroom and grab a snack. You ask me why? This stop was that for me, despite the fact that I didn't even leave my car. I've come to appreciate so many more things since this pandemic began, and not pumping my gas is one of them. As I pulled off of I-5 and into this station, the pride in ownership was apparent. Not only was it clean, but there were beautiful planters between the pumps. Quite the change from the typical overflowing trash cans and squeegee in a dirty bucket of window wash. The pump attendant was busy but rushed over to greet us as soon as he was free. "$10 Regular please" I said as I handed over the bill. He ran inside to deliver the funds and request they start the pump (some stations require you to go inside to pay). I took in the beauty of the mountains that lie just beyond the sign and golden arches as I waited. This station also had a McDonald's attached. Before we knew it, the pump clicked and we were on our way with well wishes to "Have a nice day!", from the nice gentleman working the pumps. Perhaps it's the fact that I've been so reclusive, or the year 2020 in general, but I certainly find myself valuing kindness and (socially distanced) human interaction more than ever these days!

There was a long line but it moved quickly. I got the $15 executive wash since it had been so long since my last wash. They are still giving out the dashboard wipes, so the previous review about that is no longer correct. The people who scrubbed my car did a good job and were pretty thorough. The car wash did turn off about 3/4 of my way through but it turned back on after about a minute so it was fine. When the wash was over they towel-dried my car and did a great job. No streaks or missed spots! All in all this is a great deal! If you aren't looking for a perfect shine with absolutely no dirt left then this is well worth the low price. I'll certainly be coming back whenever I need my car washed again.
