Every time i go in i get a warm welcome from the employees, and they have the best fountain drinks when on the go

The person working the pumps (over sized female that looks manly) made a nasty remark about my father who doesn't speak 100% english stating, " Whatever, You wouldn't understand anyway" as my dad was entering the store and she was at the pump. She had asked how much he wanted and my dad responded "Im not sure, until it stops" (we're from Cali, not used to this) which was understood loud and clear. I guess she didn't expect anyone to be in the truck listening but we all did. What can I expect? That's why she works pumping gas. read more

We pulled in to fill our tank. A few seconds after the pump stopped, an attendant with curly hair and a beard walked up and started topping it off (which is illegal in Oregon). I asked him to stop and he said "I like even numbers" as the pump went to an even $44.00. I told him that was against the law and he said "there's some gray area" (there isn't). So because he has something against even numbers I'm supposed to pay extra for it? This is why Oregonians need to pump their own gas. read more

I hate to say it because of the current U$ job market situation, but dammit, Oregon, I wish I could pump my own gas! This time, I told the attendant, "I'm gonna want premium right after I put a bottle in the tank." He said okay and walked away. I went inside to pay. Back at the pump, after $7 with had been pumped, I noticed he had decided I wanted regular gas instead of premium. I rarely get premium gas, but on this special occasion, my goal was to clean the fuel system and start off in tip top shape, with premium gasoline. So much for attaining that simple goal. Fvcking hell. Other than today, though, I usually get competent attendants at this location. Sometimes they're even friendly. And the one cashier guy is quite jolly and friendly. This is a review for the bathroom at the Arco AM PM in Creswell. The bathroom has an inside entrance which is appreciated on cold days when there is a wait. Relatively clean but like most gas station bathrooms, it could use a good scrub. All paper products were present and accounted for! The Arco itself is pretty nice too with new pumps, etc. read more

I just love good customer service. It has the power to change my mood toward better every time. Tonight I received great customer service from CRYSTAL at this Arco (Creswell OR)! She was welcoming, kind, helpful, and I could tell she loves her job and loves her customers. I strongly recommend that you consider giving her a two week paid vacation, a day at the spa, a bottle of wine, and a raise In today's world I found this experience to be a breath of fresh air so thank you Crystal!! big ups! Ever drive straight from the Bay Area to Vancouver BC, straight, stopping only for gas? Well this was the Oregon stop, and this was the place where I gave myself the luxury of sleeping a grand, whompin, 15 minutes, out of what would be a 17hour drive. Service was good, and I forgot that in Oregon, gas station attendants pump the gas for you. Since I was already hallucinating at 1:35 in the morning, in true Oregon humor, the gas attendant blurts out "don't run over that water hose", as this weary, sleepy, California driver was pulling at the pump. Of course, I instinctively slam the breaks. "Just kidding", he says. At that moment, I felt like donning my ski-mask to force that kid at gun point (the toy gun I had for my nephew), forcing that kid to crouch down on the ground, while I do a Free-Willy imitation jumping clear over him (like at the end of the movie)...except of course I would slam down on him like a Sumo wrestler on a bug. None of that happened, and I just smiled and said "Regular please". Interesting place to gas up. Gas was relatively cheap, they have smart-a** gas attendants and you can watch the local 20-something young women in their burrito tight ho-mini dresses stomp in on their 4 inch stilettos at 2 in the morning to get a pack of smokes on their way back to what probably is their local bars. I just love long-drive induced hallucinations. read more

Best place to get a awesome cup of coffee. They have syrups creamers and variety of coffees fresh and hot. Hot fresh sandwiches deli food. The employees are really nice. I been going here for years. They have a soda fountain with a huge variety of sodas. Best of all clean bathrooms with no complaints of being used anytime. Great place. Quick and Friendly service. Tons of different snacks too. read more

Gas. With an upcharge for using debit. I guess that's supposed to keep the gas prices down, but hey, once you add in the upcharge I might save, what, $1 on a $50 fill up. Hmmm, not a ton of savings. That said, Arco has plenty good gas, and the Am/Pm here is well-stocked with beer, beverages, and the ever-necessary 5-hour Energy. And that's really what matters, right? read more

These gas stations can be hit and miss. This particular location has a 1 up on the rest of them being the gas is about .03 cheaper a gallon than here in town. It's an easy off and on spot, the beer is still ridiculously priced, and I cant vouch for the bathrooms. I'm hoping someone else will post a review about it. read more

It's a busy place. They are known for cheap gas (cost) and a mini-mart. I avoid them because I don't care for the way Arco AM/PMs operate. They make you go to the store to get your change and other similar BS I would just assume to avoid. Hell, I'll pay the nickel difference just to get on my way without the BS. read more

They won't take cash at the pump. Make you go inside to pay with cash. If you have kids or dogs and can't go in or it's inconvenient you can pay outside with a card but then they were overcharging people's cards... Seems fishy. Very inconvenient to get gas there. I have started going to 76 station where you can pay with cash without going in. read more

Charged my debt card and started filling another drivers tank. The addendent and register worker know of the mistake and told me to collect it from the other driver to which everyone got really hostile over. Not worth getting assaulted by a local over a cashiers ignorance. read more

Cheap Gas Prices and Good Cheap Food like burger, corndogs and hotdogs.

Consistently the cheapest gas in the Eugene Springfield area, service can be slow sometimes

Used to go to this service station all the time. Until they stopped taking cash at the pumps - now they make you go inside. So you have to leave your car to walk through the rain, wait in a line, interact with very overwhelmed and anxious clerks, give them your cash, wait longer and then walk back to your car. One mom in line was very anxious because she had to leave her kids in the car while she waited as she only had cash. Oh they'll take credit or debit at the pump, but they'll charge you a lot more for it. Stop trying to gouge and inconvenience your customers. Am going elsewhere now. read more

Just your typical everyday arco and am pm. Nothing too special. Stayed the night at the hotel next door over the Christmas holiday and am pm were the only one in town that was open for some grub. Service was decent. One thing worth noting is they charge you to use your debit/credit card. Expect a 35 cent fee. read more
