They've always got quality fruits and veggies, bulk meats, paper goods, soda, and random seasonal treasures that somehow end up in my cart (don't judge me). I like to do a big stock up trip once a month... everything lasts, everything's fresh, and the deals are great. Staff is usually friendly, the store's well organized, despite the chaos, and let's not forget the best part... samples!! Nothing beats discovering a new favorite snack just by wandering the aisles. Thanks, Costco, for taking all my money and making sure I never run out of TP. I will absolutely be renewing my membership forever. See you next month.

A quick glance towards the door I just walked in and, yes indeed, a couple more were walking in behind me. That's one helluva way to start this transaction and in hindsight I should have walked out. I get assigned a truck and do the online picture/check-in process, good to go. The fuel is slightly above empty, no big deal! I'll run a mile up the street to the Arco because I'll be damned after that greeting giving them my money for fuel. At Arco I'm doing the math in my head trying to figure out how much fuel to put in the truck so I don't return it with too much. I start to smell fuel but think not much of it. Then I start to hear running liquid and at my feet a puddle is growing. I turn the pump off and look under the truck. Right at the fuel tank there is a hole PURING fuel out. Around the hole is a lot of epoxy in multiple different colors which quickly leads me to the assumption that not only has a repair been attempted, it's been attempted MULTIPLE times. I quickly return the one mile to this dump of a station and get told "You no park truck there!" I said "I'm not interested in moving it anywhere... there is fuel leaking out of it and you can SEE it from here!!!" Before any questions are asked he says- "You took it from parking spot and it was not leaking there, you caused problem". Well, yeah... it wasn't leaking. He was correct. Because it did not have enough fuel in it to leak. Things got much uglier.... Trying to keep my cool I took a step back, recentered myself, asked for another truck and told them I'd be addressing this with UHaul directly and I am. But.. I IMPLORE you to NOT rent a truck here, do not fuel here.. heck.. do ZERO business here. To send me out with a truck that is known to be leaking fuel and jeopardize my life?

I trusted them, I removed it but they never paid my insurance carrier. Now I am reposting. On July 29, 2024 I took my brand new 2024 Kia Sorrento through this car wash. There was a little Toyota Tacoma in front of my vehicle. Somehow that Toyota bounced off the tracks and stopped moving. The car wash did not stop and my car kept hitting the Toyota repeatedly. Finally, they turn the car wash off. The guy told me to proceed through the car wash and go back around and go through the car wash again. I asked him if there was any damage to the front of my car and he assured me there was not. Well, as you can see from the photos they're clearly was damaged. This cracked my front bumper my grill caused my front sensor to malfunction. My vehicle only had 552 miles on it when I went through this car wash. I purchased this vehicle on July 4. Didn't even have it for one month. I filed a claim through my insurance carrier they took care of the damages. I was called by Bubba's car wash. They assured me they were gonna pay for the damages. It's almost been one year and my insurance company has not received one penny from this car wash they lied to me. I know these incidents happen far in between doesn't happen to everybody, but this is poor customer service. When you promised to pay and you don't that impacts your business negatively. Almost a year later and they still haven't paid my insurance carrier.
