Located in the former beloved Russo's space, the owners of Mega-Bev kept some of the gourmet grocery items and deli space in their new store. It's pretty genius to me - you can get everything you need for your party or picnic here. They have a ton of variety and I was overwhelmed looking at everything. We ended up getting a mixed 6 pack of some interesting drinks I've never seen before, which is always fun. You get a discount for making a 6 pack! The person who rang up our purchases was super friendly and let us know about some interesting new products. I don't make it to this part of town that often, but it's definitely a great spot if you need some booze!

And what a fine liquor store it is. Every time I stop here, I find things I've been looking for, Brys Estate wine, for example. Instead of traveling to the Mission Peninsula or ordering from their wine club, there were several varieties on the shelves. Tip Top cocktails in a can, which I could order, or find back home at Total Wine, there it was. Fun things, Choya Umeshu plum wine, in a little section of Japanese products. I love the fact that this is a literal corner store since the entrance is literally on a corner (if you know you know). It seems like they have a lot of variety in here as well. The staff, especially Rishi, is incredibly personable and friendly, and I am always greeted when I come in and asked if I need help finding anything. From our favorite seasonal beers like strawberry M43s, to unique liqueurs and mixers... they either have it or can get their hands on it for you within a few days. They even offer to bring your items out to your car if you'd like. We've been here SO many times and walked away with unique delicious treasures, and we'll definitely be back!
