I recieved a tramatic amputation of my left leg high above the knee due to a motorcycle accident…read more During my time in the hospital I was told by several doctors that I was an unusually hard case for any reconstructive surgeon due to my unique shape of the residual limb. There were questions as to whether or not I would be able to use a prosthetic. I had a nurse tell me about a great reconstructive surgeon that she remembered BT she would have to see if she could find hm. She found him and contacted him to see me in the hospital. After a few minutes and a thorough examination, Dr Yalif told me what he could do. He never candy coated the procedure and explained the risks. Everything he told me happened exactly as he said it would. His revision to my residual limb was so good that I was able to be fitted for a prosthetic which other professionals said would be a hard case. He cared for me for several months post op till he was satisfied I was on my way. I found Dr Yalif to be concerned for me as a person not just a patient. Dr Yalif is a very caring man with an awesome bedside manner! He personally helped me in many areas having to do with the business aspects of my injuries and refered me to the proper physicians when his care was over. I have the highest respect for Dr Yalif and would put my life in his hands any day of the week. I checked on Dr Yalif's credentials and he has an impressive resume. He continues to educate himself and shares his knowlege with others. It's not just Dr Yalif who is impressive, his staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly too. I never experienced any lack of communication and the Dr and Jessica go out of their way to make sure your questions are answered and your concerns addressed. Thank you very much for fixing my leg and giving me an extremely happy life as a one legged guy.

I am so pleased with my results. Aside from the results, Dr. Maloney's office and medical team are just amazing with the care, preparation and encouragement they give. They call the day of the procedure after you get home to check, then they schedule a follow up for the next day. After that you have one a week later and then some weeks after that. And the follow -ups are no charge. They just want to monitor and make sure the healing is going as expected. I want to share my experience at The Maloney Center in Atlanta, because what happened to me wasn't…read morejust about aesthetics -- it was about integrity, accountability, and power. I went to Dr. Maloney for an unrelated procedure. While there, he convicted my to get eye filler. He then proceeded to inject my lips. The results were uneven, harsh, and disfiguring. My lips were overfilled, distorted, and asymmetrical. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to have the filler dissolved by another provider -- something that never should've been necessary and then reinjected - costing thousands. When I reached out to The Maloney Center, I wasn't rude or threatening. I simply asked for a refund. Dr. Maloney first offered me $800 -- a fraction of what I'd paid -- and then, when I refused, he offered to refund the full amount only if I signed a "Settlement and Release Agreement." That agreement was deeply concerning. It was not a simple refund. It was a gag order -- a contract designed to silence me from ever sharing what happened, even truthfully. It required me to release him from all liability, promise never to speak about my experience, and even agree not to post honest reviews. As someone who coaches trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery, I recognize this dynamic instantly: when a powerful person or institution makes a mistake, instead of accountability, they try to control the narrative. They want silence. They want compliance. They want to protect their image, not the person they harmed. This isn't about revenge. It's about awareness. Patients deserve to know when a doctor mishandles a procedure -- and consumers have the right to speak the truth about their experiences without being bullied or silenced.

After reviewing his impressive before-and-after gallery, I was excited and hopeful for a noticeable improvement. Unfortunately, I left the appointment looking virtually the same as when I arrived. I was told that half a syringe was used under each eye, totaling $700. While Dr. Maloney may be a skilled surgeon and pleasant individual, I don't believe his approach translated well on melanated skin like mine. Oddly, no post-procedure photos were taken--only "before" shots. I also wasn't offered a mirror to view the immediate results, which struck me as unusual for a cosmetic procedure. I was handed an ice pack, prescribed a cream for uneven skin tone, and advised to pick up sunscreen from Target. Once I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was disappointed to see no visible change. I hoped it might take a day or two to settle, but it's now been over a week, and still no improvement. To be honest, I feel the results did not meet my expectations at all. As a side note, both women working in the office appear to have undergone cosmetic enhancements and look remarkably beautiful, with a somewhat artificial appearance. Makes me wonder if my filler ended up helping someone else. Just a thought.

After three C-sections and no elasticity in my skin I looks like I was a 400 pound girl that lost 200 and something pounds with a skin flap that was about 5 to 6 inches deep. He has given me my body back! My stomach is flat as can be and after him taking off 7 pounds of skin it has made a huge difference in life! I had a breast lift and reduction and a tummy tuck done. I had so much confidence in him that I allowed him to take off as much on my breast as he wanted to give them the left that we were going for. I wouldn't trade my decision on all this for the world and especially in my decision to go with this doctor! The office is phenomenal and felt like family after just the first visit. He had even gone on vacation during my recovery time and always checked in on me! I beyond, beyond recommend Perimeter Plastic Surgery. His work and that office get 10 stars from me!

I was impressed with my health care team. After mastectomy recovery went smoother then I thought! The tissue expenders were so comfortable, I didn't feel having them at all (despite other women in my support group were complaining and getting frustrated during the treatment elsewere). Office nurses and staff work very hard, and were kind, courteous and very prompt with responses. My final results with implants satisfies me well: the scars are almost invisible, the shape of breasts is natural, and the size is just right. Great doctor, great staff, great care provided! After the consultation I thought I was gonna see the doctor so the doctor can tell me what can be done. Normally when anyone goes to see a doctor you see the staff 1st then the MD. Not at Sonobello you only see the consultantyrying to sell you a dream. I asked questions at my consultation to the consultant got the answers which I thought were correct come to find out I received misleading information. They say, you have to pay $500 non refundable fee in order to secure a spot for surgery. I came in for Pre-op had to leave and come back. I asked the same questions to the medical staff doing the Pre-op and got different answers the total opposite of what was initially said. The day of the surgery the staff said arrive @ 11 , I was in the waiting room for over an hour. I finally was brought back. When it was time for the cocktail the meds they give the clinical staff placed the cup on the counter and she kept asking did I give you the pills no ma'am. She walked out the room walked back several times for about 20 minutes of her looking for a pill she dropped or lost. I asked her if you find it are you planning on giving it to me? She said no and I said well can you just get another one? To be honest I don't know if she gave me the one she dropped or a new one cause I saw her looking on the floor when she walked out the room. I had the surgery I didn't feel a thing. The after math was the worse pain ever. Now I've been through double mastectomy so I can tolerate pain but this was on another level. I ended up passing out on the floor hitting my head. It wasnt good. They said they would call me but the next day I had to call them. I was told in 3 months you will start seeing results. Im about 2.5 weeks from the 3 month mark and I don't see any results. I haven't seen the MD since the surgery. My stomach still hurts, I look like Im 5 months pregnant and my stomach is hard/lumpy. The massage table whatever its called doesn't work. I had to pay to see a med spa for a lymphatic massage and I couldn't finish it because of the pain. The faja they gave me has no support whatsoever. I had spend more money to get a faja with support and I was told by the owner of the faja store it looks like you didn't even do surgery because I look pregnant. She stated had "they provided a faja with support you wouldn't be so swollen." Had they done the right thing I wouldn't be so messed up now. I feel as though this place preys on people's low self-esteem and insecurities. I feel worse about myself now then I did before. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY @ SONOBELLO. Save your funds and go see Dr. Miami or another plastic surgeon that actually cares. Its not worth the pain, frustration or depression. If anyone has any questions feel free to reply to my review and I'll respond.

My experience with JC was unfortunate. Initially it was okay. I went for facial injections. As…read moretime went on she focused on just selling me as many syringes as possible. It was never about what my face needed or what I asked for. It was solely about selling 3 to 6 syringes per visit. This is all my opinion. In my opinion she became frustrated and increased the amount of saline used to dilute the product. I would leave her office swollen and when the swelling went down I realized that I was mostly injected with saline. I talked to another premier cosmetic surgeon who said she never even dilutes her product, that she never heard of diluting the injections. After whatever JC and her assistant was diluting my injections I loss the muscle mass in my face so now I actually "need" more filler then when I started. On my last visit I only wanted a very small amount of filler, 1/2 of syringe per each side of my face. I just wanted a slight increase, BUT she insisted it wouldn't do anything for me and practically forced me to buy multiple syringes, I only bought 2. BUT she diluted it and I saw absolutely no change. I guess she had to prove I was wrong. However, when I went into her staff's office to pay she started to greet me with excitement until she looked up and saw my face and saw no change and her entire face dropped with sadness and disappointment for me. I feel like she wanted to say, I am so so sorry, it was written all over her face. She stumbled over her words, I just paid and thank her for her kindness. But we both knew what happened. This is my opinion but it is my truth. This is an experience no one she go through. I don't care if JC was having a bad day as humans do or if she was frustrated because I didn't want multiple syringes of product in my face. It is my face and my choice. I would have rather she refuse to service me, that would have been injecting something in my face that I did not authorize, like a syringe full of mostly saline or who knows what. I even contacted them after and they offered NO REMEDY. These are the same people who you sit next to in church every Sunday. I wonder when they are in church do they receive The Word of God or do they day dream the entire time not hearing one Word? Nonetheless, I share this to say 1) this is my opinion and my experience with JC 2) everyone should be careful and if you even sense the cosmetic surgeon is focused on selling as many syringes as possible, beware! Buyer beware and walk away. Find a cosmetic surgeon that can focus on your need and no more. If we really need more syringes, they should be honest and try your suggestion of just a 1/2 a syringe on each side of your face without diluting the product to prove it really will not be enough. But JC and her assistant hide when they are drawing the needle so you cannot see what they are doing. I will never allow someone to draw the needle without me watching. I have very good results now with very little product that is not diluted at all, so I was right! How dare JC do this. She has a lot of nerve. Taking advantage of her clients. I would never recommend anyone to her. Don't let that sweet smile fool you. In my opinion she picks and chooses the clients she wants to serve well. I didn't fall in that category and she was not concern that any negative opinion someone like me may share would have no impact her business, because to her likely I am a nobody. Good luck and God Bless. Thank you for reading my story. And, shame on Dr. JC Chang and her team.
