Dr. Maloney has so many qualities other surgeons do not. I have worked in surgery for many years and now at 56 years as a nurse ( still working) Dr. Maloney was a clear choice. I will be going back for an additional treatment. As a Hospice RN for over 20 years I trained nurses to walk the Road with the patient and not have their own agenda. This is what Dr. Maloney does so well!! Sarah

I want to share my experience at The Maloney Center in Atlanta, because what happened to me wasn't…read morejust about aesthetics -- it was about integrity, accountability, and power. I went to Dr. Maloney for an unrelated procedure. While there, he convicted my to get eye filler. He then proceeded to inject my lips. The results were uneven, harsh, and disfiguring. My lips were overfilled, distorted, and asymmetrical. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to have the filler dissolved by another provider -- something that never should've been necessary and then reinjected - costing thousands. When I reached out to The Maloney Center, I wasn't rude or threatening. I simply asked for a refund. Dr. Maloney first offered me $800 -- a fraction of what I'd paid -- and then, when I refused, he offered to refund the full amount only if I signed a "Settlement and Release Agreement." That agreement was deeply concerning. It was not a simple refund. It was a gag order -- a contract designed to silence me from ever sharing what happened, even truthfully. It required me to release him from all liability, promise never to speak about my experience, and even agree not to post honest reviews. As someone who coaches trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery, I recognize this dynamic instantly: when a powerful person or institution makes a mistake, instead of accountability, they try to control the narrative. They want silence. They want compliance. They want to protect their image, not the person they harmed. This isn't about revenge. It's about awareness. Patients deserve to know when a doctor mishandles a procedure -- and consumers have the right to speak the truth about their experiences without being bullied or silenced.

After reviewing his impressive before-and-after gallery, I was excited and hopeful for a noticeable improvement. Unfortunately, I left the appointment looking virtually the same as when I arrived. I was told that half a syringe was used under each eye, totaling $700. While Dr. Maloney may be a skilled surgeon and pleasant individual, I don't believe his approach translated well on melanated skin like mine. Oddly, no post-procedure photos were taken--only "before" shots. I also wasn't offered a mirror to view the immediate results, which struck me as unusual for a cosmetic procedure. I was handed an ice pack, prescribed a cream for uneven skin tone, and advised to pick up sunscreen from Target. Once I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was disappointed to see no visible change. I hoped it might take a day or two to settle, but it's now been over a week, and still no improvement. To be honest, I feel the results did not meet my expectations at all. As a side note, both women working in the office appear to have undergone cosmetic enhancements and look remarkably beautiful, with a somewhat artificial appearance. Makes me wonder if my filler ended up helping someone else. Just a thought.

After three C-sections and no elasticity in my skin I looks like I was a 400 pound girl that lost 200 and something pounds with a skin flap that was about 5 to 6 inches deep. He has given me my body back! My stomach is flat as can be and after him taking off 7 pounds of skin it has made a huge difference in life! I had a breast lift and reduction and a tummy tuck done. I had so much confidence in him that I allowed him to take off as much on my breast as he wanted to give them the left that we were going for. I wouldn't trade my decision on all this for the world and especially in my decision to go with this doctor! The office is phenomenal and felt like family after just the first visit. He had even gone on vacation during my recovery time and always checked in on me! I beyond, beyond recommend Perimeter Plastic Surgery. His work and that office get 10 stars from me!

I was impressed with my health care team. After mastectomy recovery went smoother then I thought! I was given post-operative instruction to follow and was contacted by the phone, besides appointments, during the recovery time for updates. The tissue expenders were so comfortable, I didn't feel having them at all (despite other women in my support group were complaining and getting frustrated during the treatment elsewere). Office nurses and staff work very hard, and were kind, courteous and very prompt with responses. My final results with implants satisfies me well: the scars are almost invisible, the shape of breasts is natural, and the size is just right. Great doctor, great staff, great care provided! I still can't, can't belive all my advanture is over!

They explained everything clearly during my consultation and answered all my questions without rushing me. What stood out the most was how much they actually cared and paid attention to the details. The facility is very clean, modern, and has a nice atmosphere that helps you feel at ease. Most importantly, I'm very happy with my results--I can already see a difference, and it's definitely boosted my confidence. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about body contouring.

The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. At almost 1 yr. post-surgery I was still experiencing sharp pains, numbness & soreness. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much [$17,500] to have NOTHING to show for it. Over 17K is nothing to sneeze at-at least for me it's not. The doctor [Bedford] is the professional & if they didn't believe me to be a good candidate then they should have given the proper advice i.e. " you're a great candidate for this, but not so much for that", but of course it seems money was more important & why am I not surprised. Shame on AIRSCULPT. I'm clearly not alone here judging from other reviews. What they've done is not ethical. When the office contacted me, they offered to "take a look" & perhaps correct something BUT I would be INSANE & NAIVE to go back under the knife with AIRSCULPT when they were the ones to mess up to begin with. I also have to add that at some point in between sedation & semi-consciousness, I was shown a picture of "fat" they said was extracted from me BUT hindsight, now I believe that was a lie and could possibly be a container they just whip out at the end of a procedure to get the "wow" factor. I am actively exploring all available avenues to determine whether legal action is warranted. I find it difficult to believe that I am the only individual experiencing these concerns. Unless AirSculpt is prepared to discuss an appropriate refund or meaningful resolution, there is no need to contact me further. I take this matter very seriously and do not view it as a trivial issue.

Crazy to think that I'd need plastic surgery, but I wanted to restore my left eye to its original…read moreshape after a severe eye infection I had last year. I have to preface that I naturally have a crease or a double eyelid-fold in my eyes unlike some Asians who have monolids. After the eye infection, my left eye had two creases and kind of a triple-fold that tended to make me look sleepy and in pictures if I smiled, it looked like one eye was smaller than the other. Even though most people didn't notice it, it's something I was really self-conscious about. I waited a whole year to see if my eye would go back to its original shape, but it didn't, so I sought help. My dermatologist's physician assistant actually recommended that I see Dr Jenny Chang who's in the same building. Making an appointment was easy and a consultation is free, which I understand is pretty typical for most cosmetic surgery offices. Nevertheless, I want to point that I could schedule a consultation sooner than than the Emory Aesthetic Center which is basically Emory University's branded office for cosmetic surgery. Dr Chang's office is very Hollywood glam, clean and comfortable. Even the consultation room is different because it was a couch, two chairs and a coffee chair to make you feel at ease. What I liked most about Dr Chang is that she was able to answer my questions, explain how I got two creases in my eye, acknowledging the fact that Asians' eyes are different from Caucasians' and then drawing me a diagram of how the procedure called a blepharoplasty would go. I was comfortable enough with her knowledge and bedside manner that I scheduled my surgery the following week since I had even talked to an ocuplastic surgeon about the procedure. Surgery day was easy. The procedure took less than 2 hours and they even had a nurse call to check on me after 2 days. I had stitches removed in less than a week, and the healing went well that my eye is back to normal and it matches my original eye (I'm comparing it to my right eye). I'd highly recommend Dr Chang and her team. I don't think surgery could have gone any better.
