My makeup was prefect! She covered all the areas I requested and prepped the makeup in case of tears. My hair was beautiful and she knew what to do to accentuate the accessories I had. Her assistants are skilled but may be off the mark sometimes. My bridesmaid's foundation was a few shades too light as she has a darker complexion. Since I had cut my hair into a pixie days before the wedding, she gave me a facial before putting on my make-up, and it was so relaxing! I think I fell asleep for a hot second. I've never had professional facial, and it was so nice to feel pampered before the most stressful moment of my life. Lol While getting my make-up done, she was conscientious that I don't like a lot of make-up, and that false lashes have historically been challenging for me to wear (I wear glasses so many falsies hit my glasses, and they irritate my eyes a lot). I wanted a soft, no-make-up look, but with a little wing eyeliner, and I showed her a photo of a bride she had done previously that looked really nice. That look, she told me, had used way more make-up than I liked, so she did her best to emulate that style on me, but in a toned-down approach. She was also so patient with me while we did a trial and error on a couple lash extensions to see which was most comfortable, and we eventually found one that gave my lashes fullness, yet felt weightless.
