dr. Delaran is very kind, sweet and professional. She's very good at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone needing an adjustment for pain. She uses the activator method, which I prefer, since it a more gentle adjustment, in my opinion, that the thrusting method, I always feel better afterwards. On my first session, she took her time to listen to all my issues, checked my past medical notes, including MRIs, and was swift to understand the medical issues and explain the treatment procedure based on my condition. I have been seeing her regularly for a few months and am happy to say I have not felt this pain-free in years. In particular, I had an old shoulder fracture which she has been working on, and I have had much higher mobility, ever since. Dr. Dela is amazing! I came here for round ligament and sciatica pain during my 7 months of pregnancy. After only 3 visits I feel so much better, I can continue with my daily activities and I can keep up with my toddler. I was even able to participate in a 2.5 mile hike while visiting Mammoth. I've been going to various chiropractors for over 40 years and I have to say Dr. Dela is the BEST! She had big shoes to fill when she took over Dr. Ingram's practice in 2019 and has certainly risen to the occasion, and then some. Earlier this week I could barely walk due to a sports-related injury. It was excruciating to put any weight on my right leg. After a few moments of applied kinesiology, Dr. Dela identified the problem areas and made the necessary adjustments with her activator. She also felt a round of EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) therapy would help reduce my localized spasms and related pain. I am happy to report that just one day later, I am walking with just a slight limp and have an 80% reduction in pain!!! Wow I just found the best chiropractor in Temecula!!! Unbelievable!! Best adjustment I've ever had. He uses an "impact" Activator tool (multiple pops like a impact driver) ..... I loved it!! I've seen Rob as needed over the past 18 years. I didn't "believe" in chiropractors but saw him when I had an issue from swinging the bat too hard and torquing my back. Rob has never failed to fix my issues. The activator method is much more precise than manual cracking. I once had my entire lower back out of whack from triathlon bike training and failing to stretch. The atmosphere here is friendly and quiet. The doctor uses the activator method to adjust his patients, along with EMS, and G5. They offer massage therapy and have never raised their prices to accomodate their clientele. They take insurance if you have it and prices vary, but massage is $30 for half hour and $60 for an hour. Sonya gives deep work that will leave you sore but relieved and Wendy gives a little less aggressive form of deep tissue with strong but gentle touch. Both are AMAZING! Doctor Ingram is gentle and kind. You can come in miserable and leave as a new person. They also sell vitamins, pillows and shoe insoles. Love it! read more

Can't say enough good about Dr. Ingram and his staff. They truly care about their patients, and it really shows. Great communication, and always make an effort to fit you in at short notice for days when you can't physically wait for an adjustment (my first visit). After a rear-end car accident, I came in with 2 herniated disks (one severe at L5/S1), sciatica, back spasms, and migraines. In a few short months Dr. Ingram got me from the point of barely being able to walk, sit, or move without being in agony & having 2-3 migraines per week, to now being able to return to my normal routine and activities with little to no pain. The massage therapist, Nicki, always did a great job at our weekly visits and gently took care of muscle tension that I had not been able to get rid of for months. Michelle, the receptionist, is great with getting back to patients and also handles the cold laser therapy, which I found to be very helpful as well. I will forever be grateful to all of them for helping me through an injury I was not sure I would be able to recover from.
