Since the age of 9, my front teeth top and bottom were crooked. I had braces for several years, which failed. My bottom teeth abcessed when I was in high school, and through college they gradually deteriorated to the point of needing root canals and eventually extractions. One tooth destroyed so much bone over time it was so loose I couldve yanked it out myself. I have one incisor in tact left on the bottom, all the others are gone. I'm 32 about to be 33.
Finally mustered up enough courage to get the job done, which was extraction of the necrotic teeth (5 of them on the same day, 3 bottom 2 top) followed by bone grafts, then drilling 4 implants into the extraction sites after months of healing time, and now the final abutment and crown placements just over a year later.
My case was extremely pathological and complicated, the absolute worst pathology imaginable for teeth. Dr. Sheinkman really performed a miracle for me, because I never thought I'd have normal teeth ever, and my case was so bad that any procedure wouldn't come close to fixing it this good.
Not only do they look good, they feel better. Although I might not be able to bite into an apple like another with biological incisors, they serve their purpose as restorative prosthesis which are highly effective and beyond expectation. For the most complicated procedure in dentistry, arguably, literal restoration of missing teeth, they did a perfect job.
Obviously highly recommending this dentist for any job. read more
