Was in this store yesterday and the layout is the only one I've seen like it. I had a good time in there though.

cleanest Sheetz in NC. Wish the Sheetz up US 1 towards wake forest took lessons from this one!

Average Sheetz location - the parking lot is huge and it is necessary as this location is always very busy. Typical Sheetz inside, usually pretty clean. One bummer is that Sheetz has changed to grinding each individual coffee similar to a Keurig, so while they think it's more gourmet it equates to a long line waiting for one cup of joe. Soda and tea selection good. Employees friendly. This location sells Wake Weekly which is getting harder and harder to find. We'll keep this location in our rotation. read more

My first time ordering a special drink and it took forever. The gentleman didn't seem to know what he was doing and went really slow. And he handed me a very sticky cup that I had to request an extra sleeve. read more

Great gas station. Pumps all work. Staff are all pleasant enough. Interior clean, to include bathrooms. Great selection of refreshments. Food is standard Sheetz quality. So think definitely fast food on the saltier side. Overall great. Sheetz is awesome. read more

This is a smaller location than the Sheetz closer to Raleigh on Capital Blvd. When I am traveling US 1 in this area I will go to this one because it is less congested. Travel in/out of the property is easy. The two things I enjoy about any Sheetz location are the competitive gas prices and the made-to-order sandwiches. A foot long sub at any hour freshly made, with some at a special $4.99? Works for me! read more

They are letting their employees sit outside the front door and smoke! The food service employees are extremely rude and burnt all of our food. They are also letting all the customers walk around the store without masks and they're not even saying anything to them. read more

Decent prices and location. Love the convenience Sheetz has always had of ordering from a kiosk, but this location still continues to mess up the order on a consistent basis. Just discovered they make a breakfast platter so my daughter ordered for me as a surprise one morning and brought it home. After looking at the sticker telling what she ordered I was excited as it had my favorite things. But then I open the container and it is missing not 1 ingredient but a whopping 3 from the short list, leaving me with plain scrambled eggs. When I said something to my kid she replied it wasn't too surprising because the employees were way more involved in their conversation than making the orders. This has also happened a couple times with a nacho order there. When they make what you ask for it is So good, but the problem lies in making the order with any accuracy. read more

By reading another review on this what I believe to be the same person, I'm glad I'm not alone. She needs to be fired! I believe her name is Ashley like the other review stated but if it's not I will re-review. This Sheetz is 10 minutes away from my house and I've lived here for about 10 years so naturally I always come here. I had an incident here 4 years ago but I can't pin point if it was the same girl or not but we'll talk about the other two. The 2nd incident I've had here was when I was buying Mark Ten Elite pods while I had my little brother and sister with me. They were behind me in line buying food but they were talking to me before I went up to the register. I asked to buy the pods and showed Ashley my ID. She said " I need to see everyone's ID". First off, they weren't even of the age to have ID's. They were children! Second off, they were buying their stuff separate so they weren't even standing next to me, they were behind me. I told them to put back whatever they had and go wait in the car. She still refused to sell them to me. I made it known that this was clearly ridiculous because they are kids. If they had waited in the car without coming in with me I wouldn't of had to leave and go get my pods elsewhere. Does this make any sense to ask the ID's of children?! She even saw I had my vape in my hand. I complained to Sheetz but they never got back to me. Keep in mind I've been vaping and going here for years so she knows I'm buying them for myself, I get her every now and then so it's not like I'm a new customer. Even if I were to drive home and drive back she wouldn't sell them to me. This was about a year ago. This 3rd incident was tonight. I went to go get pods and I had my boyfriend with me who is older than me, (I'm 21) and he clearly looks over 18. I was not feeling good and I was in a lot of pain. I looked like a mess and didn't want to go inside to get the pods so I asked my boyfriend if he could go get them for me. I hand him my card and my Sheetz card and he went in. She asked for his ID and he forgot his wallet. So he came back because she wouldn't sell them to him. Ok, no problem I'll just go get them myself. I go inside and ask for the pods and as I pull out my ID she said she needed to see his ID and said sorry in a sarcastic tone. She has always been very rude. As irritated as I was I walked out and asked my brother to get my boyfriends wallet out of the room and take a picture of the front and back of his ID. My brother sends the pictures and my boyfriend goes inside again. He showed them to her and she said she physically needed the ID and that she was going to call the cops!! Are you serious?!! He walked outside furious because she is literally crazy. As much as I wanted to go inside again and for her to call the cops I held myself back. I also wanted to drive all the way back home and all the way back there with his ID just to show her but again I held my self back and went to speedway instead. The only reason I come to Sheetz instead of speedway is because they have the sweet original flavor that I want. I hope Sheetz reads this and fires her! I've never had a problem with any of the cashiers there except her! And that says a lot considering I come here all the time and I've lived in this area for 10 years! read more

Meh. I think I am just biased because I grew up on Wawa and Sheetz just will never be on the same level, in my opinion. It's super clean, yes and has a ton of items to choose from but the hoagies just are not up to par with what I get at Wawa. The bread and lunchmeat just ins't as impressive to me. The ordering process is the same and very convenient though, that is a plus! This location had the Copa Di Vino line which was cool to see in person when I only saw it on Shark Tank before. Cute little display! Overall it is a gas station and eatery/convenience store but so much nicer than what you get at a gas station or 7-Eleven. read more

When in the Youngsville area this Sheetz generally has the best gas prices when you use your Sheetz card. As with most Sheetz that I go to this one is nice and clean and the employees are friendly. I enjoy the two for $1 hotdogs and the coffee is always hot. read more

I absolutely love sheetz don't get me wrong, but the food there is constantly a hit or miss. I have now gotten food poisoning from this location twice now, and everytime i have gotten it, it's been from the same thing, the frozen hot chocolate, it tastes absolutely delicious, but there is something wrong with it, i'm assuming the milk, not quite sure, just be careful with what you get when it comes to the dairy products, if i were you, i'd get them to check the expiration, because from what i've seen, it doesn't look like they care how the food comes out read more

Go here quite often and has always been good. Sometimes a tad slow with the food but that's alright as long as it's good. Terry, the hospitality manager. deserves a raise! I messed up my order and he was kind enough to remake the item at no charge even though it was my mistake. I work in hospitality and that's how you treat a customer! I rushed out to grab a lottery ticket at the last minute and inadvertenly forgot my purse. I had a few dollars in my car so no biggie right, WRONG. The cashier Ashley asked for my driver's license. I'm 46yrs of age, I may not look it but clearly I look well over 18 and over 30 which is what I was told i needed to appear to be. I calmly asked her coworker if i could speak to a manager, she asked what the issue was I explained and she said "no problem I'll ring you up." Ashley stopped what she was doing to tell her coworker to not allow me to purchase a ticket without a driver's license. Her coworker looked puzzled. I was walking out the store ticketless, a nice older gentleman offered to purchase my ticket. He went to the register solo and Ashley told him "You are conspiring with her so NO." He even told her I was his wife. She still said "No." My partner returned to the store withthin 10min with both my veteran's ID and license and wanted to speak to the manager. I returned a few minutes later( after purchasing my ticket down the street without incident). At this point Ashley had contacted the police. I was in disbelief. This young girl was not threatened or made to feel intimidated so calling the police wasn't warranted. I will never return to a Sheetz period. Based on her rude behavior i can only imagine what her underlying issue really is. Sheetz needed to be concerned with the teenage boys, probably drunk, outside skating their bare butts for all to see versus worrying about my attempted $2 lottery ticket purchase. read more

I love this Sheetz for the gas prices. It is close to my house and usually it is the cheapest place around us. I only gave two stars because of the food. It has the slowest service for food that I have ever experienced at a fast food establishment. I have waited over 15 minutes for fries My other pet peeve is that they don't prepare the entire order to go out at the same time. We have gotten my food and then waited 15 minutes more for my husband's. Sheetz really needs to revamp their food prep or hire more people at this Sheetz. If are ordering food, be prepared to wait. Just join the rest of the crowd hanging around the coffee station waiting for their food. Settle in for a long wait. read more

This sheetz is by far the worst during the day however at night things get better. During the day the bathrooms are a total disarray, and the service is by far not as good. Early in the morning before the sun comes up the service is great and the place is clean. read more

Passing through I noticed gas was $1.95/gal, fortunately using my GasBuddy app I could tell just south of Raleigh gas was listed at .25 or more CHEAPER by the SAME company. Why so high here when obviously Sheetz has no problem selling the same type fuel much cheaper further south? Colluding with competitors to keep fuel prices artificially high is unlawful where I come from, maybe not NC? read more

I like the Pepsi Slush but the machine is broken more than it is functioning. I always order the taco salad and maybe 75% of the time it is correct and I didn't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. But when it's right, it's great! Wings, onion rings, sliders -- all good. read more
