Please note - this review is regarding drive thru. Superbly slow drive thru service, however the employees do tend to be very pleasant. The food is honestly awful. As of this review, the only food items I would safely order are fountain drinks and plain hot dogs (2 for $1). We ordered MTO (made to order) burgers today in drive thru. The lady handed them to me sideways so they slid all over their containers inside the bag. Please see photos - we actually threw them out, drove up the road and got Culver's burgers. I'll grab an unsweetened tea here occasionally, but never food again. read more

A little sketchy at night, definitely not fun being yelled at in the drive thru by some punks older than me jokingly ask if I want to buy drugs...but maybe that's why cops are always in this parking lot at night? I wanted to try M-T-O and Sunday nights are usually the nights I get the munchies. The drive thru is kind of neat, it's a touch screen display so you don't have to interact with anyone during the ordering process (just bring hand sanitizer). There were tons of options. We tried the deep fried Oreos, three cheese Mac and cheese, and the appetizer sampler-I chose mozzarella sticks, fried Mac and cheese, and jalapeño poppers. My stomach might not be happy this morning but if you're looking for proper snacks when you have the munchies, go to Sheetz. Their mac and cheese is amazing! Hands down, would absolutely come back. Ya, I know. It's technically a gas station with a drive thru...but this is top notch snacking, my dudes. read more

Wake Forest has a Sheetz!!!!!!! I haven't been as excited for something to open since the Brewery opened on White Street. This Sheetz is conveniently located on the corner of Franklin and Rogers so it has easy in and out access. Of course, like every Sheetz, they have great deals on gas. Usually the best in Wake Forest. The staff are super friendly, the place is clean, and they have every single snack option you can ask for and you get it in a hurry! Convenient, affordable, and great quality! Their credit card machines are down so they can't currently do credit transactions or give their loyalty card prices at the pump this morning. The gentleman at the register was supposed to give me the difference back in change, but that completely didn't happen until I went back in after I put the gas in my car and asked for a receipt and inqired about it again. I like Sheetz and I know the credit card machines going down makes for a tough situation for employees and customers. I just wish the communication had been a bit better about receiving the difference between the pump price and the loyalty price. read more

The first thing I noticed was the long line with only one cashier up front named Steve. I do have to say that he was an extremely attractive man tho. He oozed sexuality. I ordered a sampler platter but I got too nervous and left. I never got to try the food but other people's looked pretty good. I love sheetz it is always clean and they always have what I am looking for it is amazing I pretty much go there every day to get a soda and sometimes go to get a burger and they have an amazing deal in some foods called the meal deals which is where you get a certain group of items fir a low price I definitely recommend this place they server breakfast lunch and deal all MTO so if you are in a hurry but are hungry sheetz is the place to go read more

This sheetz opened a few months back and has everything you'd expect. Folks are always friendly, service is quick and food usually good. Can't beat two hotdogs for $.99 with your sheetz card. Gas is always crazy cheap at this location as well. The sheets near the airport is always $.20 per gallon higher so fill it up! read more

I have to say that the service here is above the standards of most c-stores and even most Sheetz I have been to. Twice now there was a small delay (VERY small) with my order at the drive-thru and both times the manager gave me the tea and was also very apologetic. The first time they prepared a large and it was supposed to be an x-large and he gave me the large free, and the second time they were out of unsweetened tea and it only took a few minutes more to brew a fresh pot yet he apologized and didn't charge me! Everyone is always so sweet there. I will never forget the very pretty young lady who took care of me in the drive through and showed such concern for my very ill African Grey who was in the front seat in his carrier after coming back from a vet visit. Her compassion and kind words made a lasting impression on me. I have never once had bad or even indifferent service in this Sheetz. Everyone has always had a smile, a friendly word and a thank you for my business. I often go out of my way to stop by there, even if it's just for an iced tea, just because I always leave there feeling better than I did before. read more

The four stars are for the wonderful service. One star for the car wash. Just got home and noticed the top of the car didn't get washed and only part of the windshield. This is the first time for this to happen. I'll be hesitant to use the car wash now. read more

Ok, so I am really surprised that all the residents of Heritage who were against a Sheetz opening there are actually patronizing it. Another big box corporate company that is taking over mom and pop businesses that are trying to make a living. Watered down gas at low prices. I am bringing my business to a place where the owner recognizes me, says hi to my kids and I am actually helping my community. Wake up people! read more
