This location has a good number of pumps, good gas prices and the convenience store is small but has great prices on snacks and drinks. Very clean inside as well. Rest rooms were clean as well. This location has a taco food truck, and customers buying food there think it is okay to park in front of the pumps. It was a struggle today to find an available pump. These people who are parking in front of the pumps are sitting at the tables near the food truck, eating, so the gas station is likely losing business, as those who want gas cannot find a pump and just drive to another station. I will just drive by the next time the majority of the pumps are blocked.

The cashier laughed it off and was very kind about the situation. These pumps don't have a button to push like most pumps, these have a handle that you lift up when you're ready to pump gas. I've never seen a pump like that before! You learn something new everyday. Gas was expensive for NC (being from CT, it was the same price. I expected lower but that's the average price in the area, I guess). The inside of the gas station was well lit, clean, and well stocked.

I drove to several gas stations in Wake Forest and either they didn't have an air pressure tank or they did but it wasn't working. Finally, I found Exxon and not only did they have a working one, but no one was using it which was really convenient to take my time filling it up. And! It was free to use! I can't say anything about filling up the tank with gas or going to the convenience store but if you're looking to fill up your tires during these cold months, Exxon is my new go-to!
