The store was pretty dead so I assumed the cashier was restocking. A duo of a manager and a manager in training had crossed my path twice while I was in the store. The manager was training but didn't smile at me/greet me/ask if I need help. The duo walked past the cash register and ignored me. I said hi and asked if they could help ring me out. I wasn't in a hurry but wasn't being acknowledged at all. They told me they couldn't but someone would come help. The cashier came rushing up. I feel bad and am also annoyed managers can't get in the dirt with employees. Managers should set the example with customer service; not be exempt from it.

They keep expanding their menu offerings. I decided to try a burger for the first time, but I'd give that a 2 out of 5 stars. The bun and the toppings were fine, and the onion petals that came with it were actually quite tasty & very hot. I also took a chance and got their flatbread/pizza and I was expecting it to not be very good, but I was pleasantly surprised that the sauce was actually very flavorful and they put the pepperoni underneath the cheese and it was covered with a very good amount of cheese, so I was actually surprised that I enjoyed that. Sheetz is basically one of your only choices where you can still get food after a certain hour (9pm) when all the other bars and restaurants kitchens are closed in Cranberry Township. If needed, I will grab some cosmetic things while in the store - deodorant, toothpaste, eyeliner, greeting cards, etc. The prices are typical retail store prices. Sometimes they have a decent discount section that includes after holiday/season items and those items go fast! Overall this is a solid retail/pharmacy store in the area. There was no apology for waiting so long, no effort to get my vaccination administered without delay, no customer service savvy displayed. When I complained staff, I assume a pharmacist, told me she had to come in on her day off. Well that comes with the territory, you know. This pharmacy does not do well by scheduled vaccinations and treats you just like they would a walk in plus they just don't display very good customer service skills in general.
