It's a little odd to leave a review for a gas station, let alone a 5 star review, but what the hay. I had a great experience! We were starving after house-hunting (not for me, I love where I live!) and stopped here to get gas on the way back. My friend was raving about these mac and cheese bites that Sheetz sells and she had to have them. Went in and the order process using the touchscreens was very easy. I opted for a turkey sub combo - can't beat a half sub, fries and a drink for under $5.00. My food was made fast and tasted great. The cashier was very friendly. If I hadn't been so full from the food, I would have gone back to try the soft ice cream. I'm sure it would have been just as delightful. Outside tables were clean so we ate there. 2 trash cans available and neither was overflowing with trash. Although I'm not in this area very often, I would definitely recommend to others that are. read more

Good fuel prices. The MTO is quick and inexpensive. The employees keep the facility clean. Probably the cleanest Sheetz in MD. The hot dogs are great as are the tater tots. read more

I can't believe I am doing a review for Sheetz, but here goes. My only real experience here was getting a large breakfast order filled. I didn't use the online ordering option, so I was a little skeptical if the order would be ready on time. Not only was the order ready, but they got it right and even helped carry it to my car. I go there often and get gas and a drink. The food is great too. I usually get a half sub and it's a great value. The staff is always friendly and polite. The eating areas inside and out are clean and well kept. The bathrooms are maintained well too. They really seem to hustle to get the food prepared quickly. Mike behind the counter is great and Amanda in the food prep area stands out as she always has a beautiful smile on her face that even her covid face mask can't hide. A smile from her makes the day brighter. Stopping in there is a great experience. That location is perfect too. read more

I sent the following letter after numerous attempt to get help fixing this store and do not understand why we continue to give money to these people with the way they treat our community Hello So after numbers complaints i got a call. They genuinely seemed to care about how my store was being run. She sent me sone freebies in my card in an effort to get me back in the store. I took the bait after sone consideration that things might change. As I'm sure you can track by my card i tried for over a week. First thank you for the things that were added to my card . I greatly appreciate that. Second you sent me a gift card which i have not been Annie to use yet. I have not been able to use it yet because the registers in my store have never been able to accept the card for sone reason. And the cashiers are no help. So rather than hold the whole store up i moved on . So at first it seemed maybe things were better. Well that only lasted like two days . Then the staffing issues and poor store stocking returned to normal. Another issue that has come up . There is no consistency to cooking your sandwiches in the morning . They are nearly hot enough to remove skin or barley cooked. I don't understand. Abs some mornings good is reasonable time and others the wait is crazy long. I really don't know what the problem is at this store but submerging has to be done . I write about this because i care about my community. It is crazy how little it has become apparent that your company cares. Another issue is i have earned nearly 6,000 points on my customer card and have been trying to redeem them for things and can never get it to work . Keeps coming up with an error . What kind of gimmick is that ?? Offer the customer A bunch of loyalty things then never make it possible to get any of them ??? What is going on over there to make this experience so poor for the customer ??? Please help I've been asking forever!!! read more

I feel weird writing a review for a gas station but really Sheetz is so much more (especially the one in Westminster!) This is my number one spot to go to for gas, food, and drinks! The staff is super friendly (again, making it way more than just a gas station!) and the food is super good! I find myself sometimes even going out of my way to go here when I need gas just so I am able to stop into the store part and grab some food or a soda as well. I also have a Sheetz card which is great to earn points and get some useful things for free or at a discount! read more

I got burritos for me and grandma and the burritos were made incorrectly. We were irritated at the fact there was no onions on the burritos when I paid extra for it. Also her burrito was supposed to be half chicken and half steak but it was all chicken. But, other than that. The food was still good and the lemonade was also good. read more
