Bathroom was not perfectly clean but it was clear that it was well used. All the fixings you might need for coffee plus pastries. This has become my "go to" location of Sheetz when I am going from Raleigh to Eastern NC. I find it easier to enter/exit compared to the New Bern Ave. location in Raleigh & the Zebulon location. I find the MTO kitchen to be fairly efficient, and the cashier staff seems to keep wait times to a minimum. The only downside can be the nearby high school, where the students coming during their lunch time can slow down the kitchen staff. read more

I think this is the dirtiest Sheetz I have ever been in. As soon as you walk in the door the trash where the scratch card machine is is overflowing. I stopped in for a hot snack and to use the restroom. Needless to say after going into the restroom I decided not to buy a snack. Which was saddening because at 1:30am they were basically the only place near here open. He bathroom appeared to not have been serviced all day. Toilet paper was low, urine all over the toilets, seat papers all over the floor and it smelled. When I walked in I wasn't greeted like usual. The employees were busy in their own conversations and I wasn't acknowledged at all. I definitely will not be back. read more

This Sheetz is beyond "disgusting." I was spending $100.00-$200.00 there a day until this guy working the counter apparently scared of the "virus" would not bag things I bought. I'd asked him "to please bag it," and he'd tell me to go to the next register and grab a bag myself. Apparently he was terrified of the "virus" or just too lazy to bag. Or maybe both. lol..Maybe he should've put a "mask" on his hands, like he still has on his face..lol..Finally I stopped by the other evening and that whimp had his boss come to the counter and told me they weren't accepting my business any more?..I was like ok... Ordered a simple turkey wrap. could not find any meat. Sad & hungry. Service was fast but food was lacking.

I work remotely and spend a lot of time in different Sheetz since it's convenient for other employees I work with to come find me. I don't step in this location often and will go out of my way not to from now on. It's currently almost 2pm, and I have been here since 9am. The dining area was trashed when I first got here so bad that I took it upon myself to clean it up a bit. There is still popcorn all over the floor, the chairs are thrown about....and not one employee has even stepped foot in here to check. The bathroom was also on the dirtier side as well as the Fizz City area. it's not the busiest location and i've seen people on the floor for stocking and coffee tasks, but no one seems to be concerned with a clean location. ill drive a few minutes longer and go to Knightdale where it's clean. read more

I stop by this Sheetz on a regular basis (3 times a week) bc I need to fill up due to my commute each day and week. I only live a couple miles away which is another reason why I'm disappointed in the store. During almost every visit, every section of the parking lot is full of trash. I stopped by Sunday, Oct 7 and every trash can outside each door was falling over with trash. I finally decided to say something to the manger which actually ended up being the shift manager who was trying her best to do it all. She was running the register while wearing her safety vest which was a clear sign of heat trying to do it all. When she finished ringing a customer she immediately went outside to try to sweep, empty trash, and clean the entire area. I was told by another employee, they were short staff bc employees called out. So question is, where was the STORE manager...he/she should have been at the store working. read more
