Stopped real quick when in the area to get some things and gas. I bought a bottle of wine for the night. The cashier called out for who was next and so I went up. As I set the bottle of wine on the counter she said, "NOPE. Can't do that here. I can help who's next!" Granted the register for alcohol sales was the next one over but she didn't even bother telling me that. I get it's not her rule and I used to work in a gas station so I get that it can be annoying having to explain things like that time and time again, but I've never felt a need to yell "nope" at a customer and call out for the next person to come up. Pretty obnoxious. The store had kind of an annoying setup and it seemed there were tons of customers clustered at the food pickup waiting for a long time. USING THE SHEETZ APP IS MANDATORY AT THIS LOCATION!!!! The service is ridiculously slow, so yes use the app to order ahead, although that might not always save you a wait! No matter what you are ordering, a sub or a hotdog you are going to be waiting over 10 minutes (if it is just you) for a dang hot dog and a lot longer if there are a few people ahead of you. If you do want to eat here, USE THE APP! The food, usually isn't bad, but boy when they screw it up, they really screw it up. Im talking broken burritos, or cold in the middle, lack of tots on said burrito or lukewarm hot dogs. Is it too much to ask for a "hot" hotdog? Don't trust what you see on the shelf as the price that you will pay at the register. They had a buy one get one on Pierre water and I got to the register, turns out it wasn't right and staff would not honor the special. Staff is loud, slow and obnoxious. There is also a few of them that chew gum when making food, a health code violation. The turnover at this location is high, for you always see new faces and very few regular ones, and they don't stay regular for long. I normally love Sheetz, but this location is seriously dropping the ball. I will not order food anymore from them and I no longer purchase fuel from them at this location. I would give 5 stars but a few employees are so loud and obnoxious that I can't do that. I have been coming here for several years and the same few employees keep acting in said manner. I understand it gets busy but to be yelling out at near the top of their lungs in front of customers is not professional in any way. read more

Usually I have nothing wrong with this place. I moved away 3 months ago and I'm here on a visit. Whoever hired this new crew needs to fire them all because none of them have any idea what they're doing. They are so slow and rude and are just so oblivious to what's going on around them. There are some OG workers there though that I have no complaints about. Last night I stopped by to get myself a burrito. They are so slow at making food it's unreal. And when I pay an extra $1.00 for tater-tots on my burrito, I expect more than 4 tots. First things first whoever wrapped my burrito did it really poorly. Second off, I was about 2 bites in when I saw a BLACK HAIR in my burrito. No it wasn't mine; I have light colored hair. And it was inside the burrito, I had to dig in there and pull it out. I was so sickened that I almost didn't want a new one but I knew I wanted to eat. I went up to complain so they made me a new one. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes and I didn't have my new burrito. They were taking care of everyone else and were in no rush at all. Finally after 20 minutes I get my new burrito with no apology just a coupon for a free food item. My new burrito was sub-par. Still barely any tots and half of it was freezing cold from I'm guessing the sour cream and pick de gallo? I have had such better experiences here but over the last few months this location has really gone downhill. read more
