A little bit off rte 81 but it's a fairly convenient Sheetz that has Tesla chargers....you got to love that.

I'm writing this because if I owned this business I'd want to know. I stop in here frequently for coffee extremely early in the morning. This morning at 330 I walked in and went to the kiosk. One other customer in the store. When I approached the counter there was no one behind it but there were 3 kids there (late teens/early 20s) huddled by the back area, talking in low tones. One glanced over and looked at me, then resumed her conversation. I waited by register and a nice young guy came out and waited in me. I got my drink and went looking for the cream fridge. This is why I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this when I should be headed to my office. The coffee service area was a total disaster. Liquid spilled all over the floor and counter, sugar mixed into it along with bits of straw wrapper. Only three creamer containers in the fridge pan. You couldn't find a clean spot to set your (not inexpensive) drink. If I didn't know Sheetz is better than this I'd be done with this place. Put the kids to work please. read more

Sheetz sprang up from out of nowhere in my memory to become a formidable player in the realm of places to pull into and resupply. Not only do they have eighteen pumps to fuel your ride, which are modern and fast and stocked with hand towels, but the inside of the buisness is terrific. New coffee urns steam out cupfulls of driving juice with coffee modifiers of all substances and for all tastes. You can enter food orders through the point of sale touch screen, limiting errors between each side of the counter. I tend to reach for the prepared sandwiches and have had four thus far, three were sliced meat and cheese based. The chicken salad club wrap was sitting long enough that the wrap was soggy and lost it's structure, so the drips and drops of contents was a problem with wheels in motion. read more

stopped there yesterday. not as nice as other Sheetz. Gas was way overpriced and about 40 cents a gallon over neighboring towns. why gouge the local residents? unfortunately, all gas stations in this town was about the same. read more

Drove out of my way for Sheetz, filled up gas, no water in ANY OF THE WINDOWWASH containers looked at all of them! Garbage in them! My windows are still full of bugs. Then no receipt for gas. Place looks busy but dirty. Went here because we have a nice new Schwartz near us in Pa. read more

Avoid this location! I'm a big fan of Sheetz, try to fill up there when I can. On my way up I-81 we needed gas, to walk the dog and use the rest room, so we deviated for Sheetz, a little over a mile off the interstate, bypassing several other establishments. While pumping gas I listened to them advertising how extra employees have been hired to maintain the cleanliness of their locations. Finished filling up and went inside to one of the filthiest, smelly bathrooms and certainly not up to Sheetz's standard. An employee was also in with me and I suggested someone should clean up the bathroom. His response was they have had a line for hours. This is for Sheetz management - staff properly. read more

We had lunch at a sheetz every day for 5 days, I like the ordering options and the cook to order style of service. But find that its not the cheapest way to grab some lunch. The ice cream seemed to be not the regular soft serve I am used to, it was ok but grainy in my opinion. I don't think I would've chosen this as my go to place, but my travel companions are from the area originally and don't get to get this place anymore so they were getting their fill of a place they deemed great. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered them they told me 30 minute wait. Ok..but then the guy with the reddish curly hair saw friends and made their food first all the while avoiding eye contact with me. He knows why he did theirs first. Then the kid behind the counter told me to keep the change when I asked for a return. Not a good location at all. read more

I have literally never made it home with a complete, correct order. My husband and l either get someone else's order, we get half of what we actually ordered and paid for, or what we get is burnt and not edible. We got home this time and realized that we were missing two items from our order. We went back and nicely asked for the two missing items and the employee we spoke with was awful and acted like my husband was trying to get free food. We literally just wanted what we paid for - nothing more, nothing less. This store needs better management and better employees. read more

On 3/10/22 since it was a fairly nice day I decided to clean out my car which included vacuuming it out. The Sheetz on Main Street is not far from my home so I thought I would go there to vacuum it out. I took quarters with me but unfortunately ran out before I was done vacuuming out my car. I went into the store bought an item which I did not even want just so I could get change and the little girl running the register gave me my change which only had 3 quarters and I asked her was there anyway I could get one more dollar worth of quarters since I was using the Sheetz vacuum and with a very (excuse my language) shitty attitude she said that she could not give me any more quarters. When I went back out to the vacuum there was no sign anywhere that said this store does not give change for vacuum use or anything like that. Now I come to this Sheetz regularly but will no longer do so. Apperson maybe an extra few minutes but the customer service is so much better and they take of their customers needs with no attitude. I could see if I was asking for five dollars worth of quarters or $10 worth of quarters but I was merely asking for one dollars worth and there was no way the earth could be moved to do that and that's a damn shame. By the way I'm being forced to select a star if I had a choice I would not be choosing one. read more

Dirtiest gas station I've seen in a long time, dirty restrooms also. Wouldn't even consider eating anything there.
