My daughter went in with her vb team after a hard game, a long drive and extremely hungry. She ordered nachos with a lot of toppings. Paid $6 and got her order with - nothing on it?! The woman working there told her she hadn't ordered any toppings. An honest error; I've certainly messed up an order or two. My daughter asked if toppings could be added and she would pay the difference. After going back and forth my daughter said she would order it again. She decided not to as it seemed she would need to pay again-she left with - a handful of dry chips... I called Sheetz and after ringing for a while got to speak with the person who served her. She told me my daughter argued with her and "I showed her the receipt with no toppings". I am not sure who would pay $6 for a handful of nacho chips in a box... Poor customer service read more

Was traveling today and had to go to the potty REALLY bad!!! I was getting ready to make my turn for the freeway and I saw Sheetz. skkkiiiirrrrtttt...Thank Heavens! I made a left. Did a quick "gotta go gotta go GOTTA GO" walk to the restroom and AHHHHHHH...just as I expected...CLEAN! Just wanted to say Thank you Sheetz for always being consistent. I've NEVER gone into a nasty restroom at Sheetz. When traveling I will go out of my way to stop at a Sheetz restroom because I know what to expect-clean and safe. This is a conveniently located gas on the corner of Electric and Brandon roads. Five stars for fuel. If all you want is fuel then you can count on these pumps. There's plenty of pumps to park your car next to and the price is fair. The convenient store is typical. It's clean but I haven't been brave enough to taste the coffee. All together I rate this place three stars. I think the station could step up their cleanliness and offerings if they want to have people go out of their way to get more than just gas. read more

The ice cream machine right next to the deli has great ice cream. The only problem is that 14 of the last 15 times I have gone in there, either an out of order sign is on the machine, or a sign says "closed for cleaning". How can you sell any ice cream if the machine is never working?? read more

I'm one of those people who enjoy a fountain drink every morning, VS coffee. I also smoke, so I'll go in and get a pack of smokes every morning. (No, I dont smoke a pack a day)... I've been coming here for over a year and a half. DAILY. I sometimes come for lunch as well, and always get my gas here. I started coming back because of the staff. They ALL knew me. The managers were awesome, and they were fast. Several months ago, the staff I had come to know and love started to dwindle down. All seven of them are now gone. Reasoning? Your corporate decided they weren't worthy of raises, or even more hours. Those people worked their butts off for that store. You took Kate Away, (the awesome manager) and replaced her with some jackass who is a total jerk. Now, there is ONE cashier trying very hard to get all of us taken care of, when there is a line out the door daily. Again, this is not a new issue. This started months ago.... Service is terrible. The new manager you have in there, if you wanna call her that, is a total b****. ZERO customer service skills, and continues to card me daily, even though she knows me. I had my hands full one morning, she saw this, asked for my ID, and smirked. I said my wallet was in my car, and I was just in here last night. You carded me then... She shrugged and said "Sorry. Gotta see your ID"... I had to leave my stuff at the counter after waiting in line almost 6 minutes, and go to my car to get it. I showed it to her, she glanced..... Didn't even scan it or look, and then gave me my total. I was pissed. She did it on purpose. Won't be going back. Sad, because the amount of money I spent daily in over a year was insane. You'd think they would take that into consideration. You've 100% lost all my business. read more

This is usually a great Sheetz for me to go to but lately service has been terrible. The cashier was friendly and fine but the food staff was horrible. Several people working there and I was trying to get a pork sandwich and mozz sticks, guy hands me the bag and starts talking to me and I can't hear a thing he says, and I get home and the most sticks have almost no flavor, I didn't get any marinara sauce, the sandwich looked like someone just slapped it on a bun and smeared it everywhere, asked for double meat but there was barely any more meat than usual, overall didn't even taste as good as usual. Problems like this, between inaudible staff and bad food, has become a recurring problem. Update: A mere 2 hours after this, I have gotten sick from the food. Thanks Sheetz. read more

This is the dirtiest and worst sheetz i have ever been to. Garbages overflowing and no soap or paper in the bathrooms. The food tasted old and hard. Garbages were also overflowing on to the ground outside. Coffee section has garbage all over the counters as well. I would keep driving to the next stop. my experience here was awful. first they burned our food overcooked the cheese bites. then I called the manager ask her to fix it she said she would. I had just gotten out of the hospital nearby and was sick. when I got there she refused to replace the entire order because we didn't have our receipt but I mentioned to her on the phone that the receipt has been thrown away at the hospital. I then called customer service while in the store, it was agreed that the food would be replaced and that I would be given a $15 gift card for my trouble. I was then sold some new ejuice that they offer. a few days later I loaded the e juice into my pen and it tasted awful. ilooked for the receipt and found that they had charged me for the food they were supposed to replace. i thought it was so expensive because the e juice was expensive. i called customer service again and choose to go to a different location closer to my home. earlier that month the manager at the location close to my home gave me $10 in free gas to help me get to a job interview so that I could support my daughter. I stay in a domestic violence shelter, I thought that was incredibly great and human of her and that kind act caused sheetz to gain a customer. today they lost that customer. the customer service manager at the 1-800 number said she was a "a straight shooter and that they would not continue to give me free things" implying that I was a freeloader even though I had paid for the food that was burnt. I have never been so offended in my life. I am a good person who is working hard to get out of a bad situation, she knew nothing about me and had no right to say such a thing. i had a good relationship with the manager of the location near me and now that is ruined I will never shop at a sheetz again. read more
